President Trump is not happy with this Fox News pundit.
On Thursday, President Trump took to Truth Social and called for Fox News to drop political pundit Karl Rove.
Trump, in his Truth Social post, continued to call Rove “sloppy” and a “RINO.”
Before joining Fox News, Rove previously served as a senior adviser to George W. Bush and has been credited for being one of the architects of the Iraq War.
The Hill covered President Trump’s full comments on Rove:
President Trump attacked Fox News pundit and former Republican White House aide Karl Rove, saying the network should “get rid” of him.
“Fox News should get rid of sloppy RINO Karl Rove,” Trump wrote Thursday in a Truth Social post, using an acronym for “Republican in name only.”“He’s called ME and MAGA wrong for 11 years now, and he still doesn’t get it, and he never will, because he suffers from a completely inoperable, and totally dysfunctional, case of Trump Derangement Syndrome,” the president added.
It was not clear which of Rove’s comments upset the president, but Trump has often attacked the ex-top adviser to former president George W. Bush for analysis that was critical of him or his administration.
Rove is known for his direct political commentary and handheld whiteboard, which he often displays on air when talking about polling or voter feelings on key issues the White House is focused on.
He has criticized Trump repeatedly, as he did after this year’s State of the Union address, which Rove said after the fact “didn’t sound based in reality.”
Trump has had an on-again, off-again relationship with Fox News for years, publicly bashing media mogul Rupert Murdoch but tapping several of the network’s former hosts and contributors to serve in his Cabinet.

The Independent reported that Trump’s comments came after Rove hinted Republicans could lose their majority over the White House’s decision to greenlight military operations in Iran:
Some Republican lawmakers and strategists, including Rove, have warned that the ongoing war with Iran, high gas prices and the president’s low approval ratings could undermine the party’s chances of holding its majorities.
For his part, Trump has repeatedly dismissed Rove’s warnings, claiming he’s “been wrong about almost everything.”
