Spencer Pratt Hits Back With Savage Response After Drew Carey Called Him A ‘Serial Scammer’

“The Price Is Right” host Drew Carey might not always fall in lockstep with Hollywood’s far-left agenda, but that clearly doesn’t mean he’s rooting for independent outsider Spencer Pratt to be the next mayor of Los Angeles.

In a recent social media attack, the comedian railed against Pratt, calling the former reality TV star a “serial scammer” without any apparent evidence to back up his claim.

Pratt, who has been running an attention-grabbing campaign that calls out LA’s current crop of leaders for allowing the city to devolve into chaos, didn’t waste any time addressing Carey’s internet outburst.

As Fox News reported:

“Isn’t it weird how the two comedians historically lashing out against me are both in the ‘Epstein files’? What are the odds?” Pratt wrote on X, referencing Carey and comedian Chelsea Handler.

Pratt accompanied the post with a screenshot of an alleged email from TV writer Jeff Davis to Jeffrey Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell naming Carey in 2002. Additionally, Pratt shared a clip of comedian Shane Gillis calling out Handler for having dinner with Epstein in 2010 during “The Roast for Kevin Hart” this month.

On Friday, Carey criticized Pratt’s run for Los Angeles mayor in a blunt social media post.

The “Price is Right” host waded into the political waters with a Threads post and encouraged LA residents to think again before June primaries.

“Anyone who votes for, or endorses Spencer Pratt for Mayor of LA needs to get their head out of their a–,” Carey wrote.

Plenty of other social media posts similarly slammed Carey for his anti-Pratt screed:

Here’s what Page Six reported about Carey’s remarks:

Carey’s message received both criticism and support. One commentator agreed with him, writing, “Thank you Drew, I can’t believe people want this man as mayor of one of the biggest cities in our country.”

But another wrote, “Name all your competent leaders in Los Angeles right now and their accomplishments.”

Carey isn’t the only celebrity who has voiced their opposition to Pratt becoming mayor of LA. Chrishell Stause also took to Threads last month, writing,  “Can I please implore NO MORE reality star politicians PLEASE! I have nothing against Spencer! In fact I like him on TV! NOT in the government tho😩 CA please pull it together🙏🏼.”
