In the most charitable interpretation I can find, Google explains it could also maybe apply to someone who is just a big fan of the Arsenal FC soccer team.

Remember when Donald Trump got CNN to say “shithole” on the air over and over and then some guy named Philip Mudd went on CNN and declared he is a “proud Shitholer”?

By far one of the most under-appreciated part of Trump's first term was getting the MSM to repeatedly say "shithole" on TV…..
