President Trump Issues Strongest Threat Yet To Iran: ‘NO MORE MR. NICE GUY’

After a series of one-step-forward-and-two-steps-back negotiations with what’s left of the Iranian regime, President Donald Trump is clearly tired of playing this high-stakes game of international chicken.

In a social media post on Sunday, the commander-in-chief revisited some of his previous threats and sprinkled in some additional tough talk in an effort to make America’s stance crystal clear.

Newsmax provided some context to the latest development:

“We’re offering a very fair and reasonable DEAL, and I hope they take it because, if they don’t, the United States is going to knock out every single Power Plant, and every single Bridge, in Iran.”

Trump made clear that patience with the Iranian regime is running out, declaring “NO MORE MR. NICE GUY!” and vowing decisive action if diplomacy fails.

The president also underscored what he described as a strategic advantage for the United States, noting Iran’s threats to close the Strait of Hormuz, a critical global oil transit chokepoint, are backfiring.

The social media missive came on the heels of Iran’s decision to once again shut down the pivotal oil trading route through the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump’s reaction to the matter sparked widespread discussion among social media users:

USA Today also provided coverage:

Trump also accused Iran of committing a “total violation” of the ceasefire for firing on ships near the Strait of Hormuz. At the end of his message, the president added: “IT’S TIME FOR THE IRAN KILLING MACHINE TO END!”
