HORRIFIC: Haitian Illegal Alien Released Under Biden Brutally M*rders Woman With Hammer

This is absolutely horrific.

On Friday, an illegal Haitian migrant was arrested after beating an innocent clerk to death outside a gas station in Florida.

It turns out that this evil monster, 40-year-old Rolbert Joachim, was captured and released under the Biden administration in 2022.

Bill Melugin of Fox News shared a statement from the DHS:

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that the suspect charged w/ murdering an innocent gas station clerk in Fort Meyers, FL by bludgeoning her to death with a hammer is a Haitian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border by the Biden admin in 2022. An immigration judge ordered Rolbert Joachim deported from the U.S. later that same year, but DHS says the Biden admin shielded him from deportation by granting him Temporary Protected Status, which expired in 2024.

There is an extremely graphic video of the April 3rd killing on social media. Joachim is seen hitting a vehicle with a hammer in the parking lot of the gas station. The clerk comes out to confront him, he walks right at her, and with full strength, he bludgeons her in the head with the hammer. She falls down unconscious and he crushes her head with the hammer 6 more times.

He is now in local custody and ICE has placed a detainer on him.

DHS statement to FOX:

“This illegal alien barbarically hit this woman in the head multiple times with a hammer. This heinous murderer was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him temporary protected status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life,” said Acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis.

Rolbert Joachim is facing multiple charges for the horrendous murder of this innocent woman, who is a mother of two.

Per Fox News:

Rolbert Joachim, 40, is charged with second-degree murder and criminal damage to property, according to Lee County Sheriff’s Office jail records.

Surveillance footage appeared to show Joachim smashing the woman’s car windshield, approaching her, and repeatedly hitting her in the head with a hammer — killing her in broad daylight, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The woman, whose identity has not yet been publicly released, was reportedly a store clerk inside the gas station.

The sickening murder was captured on surveillance footage.

Sadly, this is just the latest example of the type of evil scum that the Biden administration allowed this evil scum to be released onto our streets.

If they had deported this monster, then that poor woman would still be alive.

Gulf Coast News Now shared more about the victim, Yasmin:

Co-workers and family of the woman killed in a brutal attack outside of a Fort Myers gas station said they are mourning the loss of the loving mother.

Those who knew the victim said her name was Yasmin, a mother to two teenage daughters who hails from Bangladesh.

A memorial is now growing outside the gas station where she was killed as police continue to put the pieces together with the suspect in jail.

“Everybody, like, right now is sad. You know, you not only me, not only my Bangladeshi community,” said M.D. Islam, a member of the local Bangladeshi community in Fort Myers. “Also, all of us people, also around the world. They are very sad to see this news.”

A fundraiser set up for the family shows photos of the mother of two, who co-workers and family tell us was always kind to everyone she met. Islam said the mother was just outside moments before the brutal attack.

So sad.
