The UN is About to Start TAXING Americans, President Trump ‘OUTRAGED’

The United Nations is poised to vote this week on TAXING AMERICANS.

That’s right — the ruse this time is the so-called “NZF”.  That’s the Net Zero Fund, which is a word-salad smokescreen designed to hide what it really is.

It’s effectively a TAX, levied against international shipping, based around (say it with me…) reducing global carbon dioxide emissions.

The reality of it is that Americans would be TAXED by the United Nations — and not in small ways that might go unfelt.

If passed, this vote would directly effect the price of everyday life in America, by increasing the price of everyday goods.

There’s no other way to say it — it is a TAX on the American people… by an international body of globalists!

Thankfully, President Trump isn’t having any of it.  In fact, he is ‘OUTRAGED’ and completely slammed the entire thing.

As I was gearing up to write this story, he weighed in via his Truth Social account:

Here’s the full text of the President’s response in case that’s hard to read:

I am outraged that the International Maritime Organization is voting in London this week to pass a global Carbon Tax. The United States will NOT stand for this Global Green New Scam Tax on Shipping, and will not adhere to it in any way, shape, or form. We will not tolerate increased prices on American Consumers OR, the creation of a Green New Scam Bureaucracy to spend YOUR money on their Green dreams. Stand with the United States, and vote NO in London tomorrow!

The President’s take on GLOBAL TAXATION shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone paying attention.

After all, he’s been forthright about his intention to end the combination of taxing Americans and then handing that money over to other governments.

Not only has President Trump stated he wants to END the income tax on Americans, but his tariff plan is based around doing exactly the opposite…

Enough with taxing Americans to pay other nations — his entire approach is to charge OTHER NATIONS for the PRIVILEGE of selling their goods to the most lucrative market in the world — the American market!

Check out this clip from his speech at the House Republican Conference just a week after taking the oath of office in January:

That doesn’t sound like a man who would willingly allow Americans to be taxed by foreigners.

The UN’s tax scheme would create a whopping $100 BILLION in estimated price increases for Americans in the next 7 years alone, according to this report from Newsmax:

Later this week the United Nations will hold a vote on a multibillion-dollar climate change tax targeted squarely at American industry.

Without quick and decisive action by the White House, this U.N. tax on fossil fuels will become international law.

This resolution before the International Maritime Organization will impose a carbon tax on cargo and cruise ships that carry $20 trillion of merchandise over international waters.

Roughly 80% of the bulkage of world trade is transported by ship.

The U.S maritime industry believes the global tax would cost American shippers more than $100 billion over the next seven years if enacted.

Worst of all, if the resolution passes, it will require the retirement of older ships and enable a multibillion-dollar wealth transfer to China — which has come to dominate ship building in recent years.

China strongly supports the tax scheme — even though, ironically, no nation has emitted more pollutants into the atmosphere than it has. Yet WE are getting socked with a tax that indirectly pays for their pollution.

Of course China supports the scheme.

They produce the majority of the carbon, conspire to get the entire international community of green-initiative-minded GLOBALISTS to levy a tax on those emissions…

But have that tax associated directly with the largest consumer market on the planet — which is another way of saying AMERICANS.

Yesterday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio drew attention to the vote — SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW, FRIDAY — rallying other nations to follow the US in voting against the UN proposal:

Here’s his full post:

This week, the UN is attempting to pass the first global carbon tax , which will increase energy, food, and fuel costs across the world.  We will not allow the UN to tax American citizens and companies.

Under the leadership of @POTUS, the U.S. will be a hard NO.  We call on other nations to stand alongside the United States in defense of our citizens and sovereignty. @IMOHQ

And last Friday Rubio led a consortium of top Trump officials whose sphere of oversight would include the territory that the UN is attempting to violate.

Rubio, Wright, and Duffy made it unequivocally clear that the United States would be having nothing to do with what amounts to “the first time that a UN organization levies a global carbon tax on the world.”

Here’s the full text of that joint statement issued by Marco Rubio, Chris Wright (Sec of Energy), and Sean Duffy (Sec of Transportation):

President Trump has made it clear that the United States will not accept any international environmental agreement that unduly or unfairly burdens the United States or harms the interests of the American people. Next week, members of the IMO will vote on the adoption of a so-called NZF aimed at reducing global carbon dioxide gas emissions from the international shipping sector. This will be the first time that a UN organization levies a global carbon tax on the world.

The Administration unequivocally rejects this proposal before the IMO and will not tolerate any action that increases costs for our citizens, energy providers, shipping companies and their customers, or tourists. The economic impacts from this measure could be disastrous, with some estimates forecasting global shipping costs increasing as much as 10% or more. We ask you to join us in rejecting adoption of the NZF at the October meeting and to work together on our collective economic and energy security.

The NZF proposal poses significant risks to the global economy and subjects not just Americans, but all IMO member states to an unsanctioned global tax regime that levies punitive and regressive financial penalties, which could be avoided. The United States is considering the following actions against nations that support this global carbon tax on American consumers:

  • Pursuing investigations and considering potential regulations to combat anti-competitive practices from certain flagged countries and potential blocking vessels registered in those countries from U.S. ports;
  • Imposing visa restrictions including an increase in fees and processing, mandatory re-interview requirements and/or revisions of quotas for C-1/D maritime crew member visas;
  • Imposing commercial penalties stemming from U.S. government contracts including new commercial ships, liquified natural gas terminals and infrastructure, and/or other financial penalties on ships flagged under nations in favor of the NZF;
  • Imposing additional port fees on ships owned, operated, or flagged by countries supporting the framework; and
  • Evaluating sanctions on officials sponsoring activist-driven climate policies that would burden American consumers, among other measures under consideration.

The United States will be moving to levy these remedies against nations that sponsor this European-led neocolonial export of global climate regulations. We will fight hard to protect our economic interests by imposing costs on countries if they support the NZF. Our fellow IMO members should be on notice. (Emphasis added.)

Notice that last line, which I highlighted in bold.

That sounds like a warning that tariffs would be employed against nations which sign on to the UN’s tax scheme, in order to balance the checkbook if needed… so to speak.

Check out this clip of Donald Trump Jr. asking Alex Epstein — an expert on energy — what it would really mean for Americans.

If the UN’s International Maritime Organization actually gets the ‘YES’ vote to go ahead with this tax scheme, here’s an idea of how things in the United States would be effected:

Here’s a few takeaways:

  • Overseas freight costs for Americans could DOUBLE.
  • BILLIONS of $$$ would flow from the US for UN climate agendas, with no Congressional oversight.
  • The United Nations would effectively have the authority under International Law to TAX Americans on a wholesale scale at the top level of trade.

And maybe the biggest daily change of all…

  • Those enormous costs levied against shipping freight would result in increased prices on any item bought by Americans…
  • And increased costs associated with SHIPPING OUT American goods.

That’s scary stuff.  And it all seems like one big attempt to “UNO-REVERSE” President Trump’s tariff strategy which has REVERSED the imbalance in global trade that has for so long left Americans with the short end of the trade stick.

The backlash online from those who actually LIKE American freedom and want our national sovereignty protected has been swift and harsh.

Ron DeSantis chimed in today, calling a spade a spade… and arguing that we should DEFUND the UN — not let it tax us:

Senator Mike Lee, who chairs the Senate Energy Committee, weighed in.

He said this is our sign to drop the UN completely!:

I know this isn’t a Covid-19 story, but I’m reminded by Liz Churchill’s post that everything the globalist organizations do is fixated on bringing out a SINGLE GLOBAL AUTHORITY.

Here’s the timely video she shared earlier today as the issue of tomorrow’s UN vote started to light up the internet:

And if you think the UN isn’t actually arguing for the power to TAX individuals living in sovereign nations…

They have been arguing exactly that point for some time.

Check out this excerpt from a ‘news’ piece put out by the UN back in August of last year:

A UN tax convention represents a major shift in how international taxation is approached, with the potential to significantly impact the architecture of global financial systems and how tax dollars are used for the public good.

That’s why the UN’s Ad Hoc Committee to draft terms of reference for a UN framework convention on international tax cooperation concluded its second session by approving a package of guidance for the new treaty, taking a landmark jump towards building a legitimate, fair, stable, inclusive and effective international tax system.

More inclusive and effective international tax cooperation is critical in enabling countries to respond to existing tax-related challenges, from digitalisation to global operations of large multinational enterprises, as well as to mobilise domestic resources and use tax policy for sustainable development.

A UN framework convention should, among other things, establish a system that is inclusive, fair, transparent, efficient, equitable and effective for sustainable development, according to the Ad Hoc Committee’s terms of reference.

In addition, the framework convention should include commitments to achieve its objectives, from equitable taxation of multinational companies to addressing tax evasion and avoidance by high-net worth individuals – and ensuring their effective taxation in relevant Member States.

Two legally binding protocols should also be developed simultaneously with the framework convention, including one to address taxation of income derived from the provision of cross-border services in an increasingly digitalised and globalised economy.

Yeah — no thank you.

Can you imagine what would be happening, what we would be entering into with tomorrow’s vote, if the Democrats had succeeded?

What if the weaponization of the justice system against President Trump had worked?

What if… Comey and the Obamas and Clintons and Brennan and Miley and — ALL OF THEM — had actually managed to ‘disqualify’ President Trump from running for President again?

Or achieved a conviction that included prison time?

Or God forbid… had better marksmen?

If for no better reason than this vote coming down tomorrow in the UN, I am thanking God right now for President Trump; his life, and his unrelenting FIGHT.

The globalists mean business.  They’re not going to stop coming.

Eyes open and head up, folks.  They’re not laying down and playing dead just because President Trump won.

We’re still going to have to BEAT them.

But that’s a sure sight better done with ‘TRUMP’ emblazoned across the door of the Oval Office than any other name.
