President Trump Softens Tune, Says Meeting With Xi Is “Not Cancelled”


Earlier this morning, President Trump hit China with a huge blast on Truth Social, saying China had suddenly turned “very hostile” and that there was no reason to meet with President Xi anymore.

Then just a few hours ago, just as he promised in the morning, he imposed massive new 100% tariffs on China and the stock market and crypto markets fell through the floor.

But now a little optimism emerges if you are looking for tensions to calm down and things to go back to business as usual.
