First Lady Melania Trump Threatens Hunter Biden with $1 BILLION Lawsuit

Don’t mess with Melania.

First Lady Melania Trump has hit Hunter Biden with a $1 billion notice over disgusting lies he is spreading about her.

Namely, Hunter Biden claimed that Melania was introduced to Donald Trump by Jeffrey Epstein during a recent interview.

Of course, this is totally made-up.

And now, Melania’s attorneys are demanding that Hunter Biden either immediately retract the false statements or face legal action.

Take a look:

As you may remember, earlier this month, Hunter Biden crawled out of the woodwork to reminisce about his drug days and go off on profanity-laced rants to Channel 5‘s Andrew Callaghan.

For reference, here’s the clip from the interview of Hunter Biden lying about Melania’s link to Epstein:

In a letter First Lady Melania’s lawyers sent to Hunter Biden and his attorney, dated August 6th, they demanded he take back the claims by August 7th.

Since he have not yet heard any apology from Hunter Biden, I have to wonder if the lawsuit is already underway…

Fox News Digital exclusively obtained the letter that Alejandro Brito, attorney serving as litigation counsel for the first lady, sent to Hunter Biden and his attorney, Abbe Lowell, Aug. 6.

Brito demanded that Biden “immediately retract the false, defamatory, disparaging and inflammatory statements made about Mrs. Trump,” which were contained in a video interview with Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan and posted to Youtube in early August.

Fox News Digital reached out to Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan for comment and did not receive a response.

“Failure to comply will leave Mrs. Trump with no choice but to pursue any and all legal rights and remedies available to her to recover the overwhelming financial and reputational harm that you have caused her to suffer,” Brito wrote.

In the video interview, titled “Hunter Biden Returns” video earlier in August, the former first son claimed “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump. The connections are, like, so wide and deep.”

Biden also claimed that “Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania, and that’s how Melania and the first lady and the President met.”

“These false, disparaging, defamatory, and inflammatory statements are extremely salacious and have been widely disseminated throughout various digital mediums,” Brito wrote. “Indeed, the video has since been re-published by various media outlets, journalists, and political commentators with millions of social media followers that have disseminated the false and defamatory statements therein to tens of millions of people worldwide.”

Brito added: “Consequently, you have caused Mrs. Trump to suffer overwhelming financial and reputational harm.”

The so-called “source” of Hunter Biden’s disparaging claims about Melania originated from an article written by Michael Wolff and published in the notoriously left-wing, Trump-hating The Daily Beast.

Last month, The Daily Beast was forced to retract their fake news story and issued a public apology to Melania Trump.

The New York Post noted:

Melania’s legal team has previously made similar demands against outlets and individuals regurgitating Wolff’s dubious claim that a modeling agent connected to Epstein introduced the first lady to her husband.

Last month, lefty news website Daily Beast  took down a Melania story and apologized for suggesting an Epstein link, after hearing from the first lady’s attorneys.

Democratic strategist James Carville was also forced to publicly apologize and scrub an episode of his “Politics War Room” podcast last week that had suggested some sort of “Epstein connection” involving the first lady.

“We took a look at what they complained about, and we took down the video and edited out those comments from the episode,” Carville said at the top of a subsequent episode. “I also take back these statements and apologize.”

In her self-titled 2024 memoir, Melania explained that she met Trump at a September 1998 Fashion Week party at the Kit Kat Klub in New York City.

Trump sat down next to his future wife and started a conversation, Melania recalled.

“I found myself drawn to his magnetic energy,” she wrote.

The Trumps got engaged six years later and married in 2005.
