Two Medical Workers Who Blocked ICE From Arresting Illegal Alien CRIMINALLY CHARGED

Obstructing ICE is a serious crime, and yet so many leftists think they can get away with it.

President Trump’s administration is not putting up with any of it.

In the latest example of FAFO, two medical workers in California have been criminally charged for interfering with ICE agents.

After an illegal alien who was running from ICE escaped and tried to hide in a surgical center, the two workers physically blocked agents from detaining him.

A viral video showed the moment it happened:

Now, one worker has been arrested.

The other worker — the woman seen putting her hands on an ICE agent in the clip — is still at large.

The Los Angeles Times reported:

Jose de Jesus Ortega, a 38-year-old Highland resident, was arrested Friday morning and is expected to appear in U.S. District Court in Riverside, according to a U.S. attorney’s office Central District of California news release.

Officials are still looking for the other suspect, Danielle Nadine Davila, 33, of Corona. Both are charged with assaulting a federal officer and conspiracy to prevent by force and intimidation a federal officer from discharging his duties, authorities said.

The MSM is trying to spin this story as heartless ICE agents arresting a patient while he was about to get surgery…

But, that simply isn’t true.

The illegal alien who ICE was detaining was not a patient at the surgery center. He simply ran in there to try to evade ICE.

Ultimately, ICE succeeded in arresting him.

Per Fox News:

Earlier this month, Honduran national Denis Guillen-Solis, a landscaper, allegedly left on foot to evade law enforcement and went inside the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center, where he was not a patient.

“This story is another example of a false narrative peddled by irresponsible members of the media in furtherance of a political agenda to delegitimize federal agents. The illegal alien arrested inside the medical center was not a patient and was not in any way affiliated with that location. He ran inside for cover and these medical workers attempted to block his apprehension by assaulting our agents,” U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli told Fox News in a statement.

“To be very clear, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you work, if you assault our agents or otherwise interfere with our operations, you will be arrested and charged with a federal crime,” Essayli continued.
