Per The Hill:

Vice President Vance has arrived at the Capitol.

Vance would be needed to break a 50-50 tie on the vote to advance the Trump megabill.

Republicans control 53 seats, and three GOP lawmakers had vowed to vote against advancing the measure.

Here’s a photo of the moment Vance walked through the doors:

Vance may not be able to cast the tiebreaking vote, considering five Republican senators are still set to vote.

The New York Times had the names of the five senators still left to vote:

Vice President JD Vance has arrived at the Capitol, ready to cast a tie-breaking vote. But party leaders are still waiting for five Republicans to cast their votes: Mike Lee of Utah, Rick Scott of Florida, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Eric Schmitt of Missouri.
