BREAKING: Hostile Aircraft Detected Over Israel, U.S. Embassy Reportedly Activates Anti-Aircraft System

Reports are just breaking of “hostile aircraft intrusions” over Israeli airspace.

The identity of the “aircraft” isn’t known at this time — but the IDF has put out alerts, and sirens are currently sounding:

There are near constant “intrusions” lately.

Generally either drones; which have not been making it into Israeli airspace for the most part…

And of course, Iranian missiles.

But almost every alert issued by the IDF has described very quickly the alert as pertaining to missiles or drones.

The sudden “hostile aircraft intrusion” coupled with the report that the U.S. Embassy is actually FIRING on something in the sky — that’s a change.

The initial warning included two Israeli towns:

But that has since spread to cover 11 total alerts over a much wider area:

This crazy footage just surface, purportedly showing the U.S. Embassy engaging SOMETHING in the sky, firing it’s anti-aircraft system:

This is a screen capture to highlight what appears to be some sort of aircraft being engaged by the anti-aircraft fire:

I am working hard to corroborate that the video is indeed from the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem as it purports to be.

There are simultaneous rumors of situations at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad — but that has not been confirmed, and the White House has consistently rebuffed those reports.

I am watching that close, and will bring you any updates on that situation as well.

Meanwhile, we have a situation that does not APPEAR on first glance to be drones — simply because drones are regularly spotted and identified as such.

At the moment, I can only assume that these are Iranian aircraft over Israel.

How that is possible, considering the incredibly mismatched technological gulf between Iranian and Israeli / American capabilities… I don’t know.

As I am scanning to make sense of what might be going on, I have noticed reports of a NATO Sentry AWACS in the region:

I don’t know if that is in response to the “hostile aircraft” incursion over Israeli airspace, or just a matter of course.

As I write, reports are starting to come in of a fresh round of missiles falling on Tel Aviv:

This is a developing story.

I am still unsure exactly what the U.S. Embassy engaged — assuming that reporting proves accurate.
