Stephen Miller Responds: “The Entire Family Will Be Deported!”

Stephen Miller just shared the best solution to a completely outrageous case involving an illegal alien in Colorado (sound familiar?)

Last week, a 16-year-old illegal immigrant from Colombia was arrested by ICE for his reckless driving that killed a young woman.

The unnamed teenage illegal alien was speeding at 90 MPH in a 45 MPH zone, without a driver’s license, when he hit and killed 24-year-old Kaitlyn Weaver of Aurora.

Now, ICE has just arrested not only the teenager responsible for Kaitlyn Weaver’s death, but his whole family as well!

In response to the news, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller confirmed they’re all getting deported:

Originally, this illegal Colombian was let off with just a slap on the wrist by a Colorado court, given a sentence of probation and community service.

The New York Post reported:

Weaver, a University of Colorado Boulder graduate, was crossing an intersection and unable to see the teen’s speeding car racing towards her, police said.

She suffered critical injuries and was placed in the ICU on life support for two days for her organs to be donated.

The teen was charged with vehicular homicide.

Earlier this month, he struck a plea deal with Arapahoe County District Attorney Amy Padden to lessen the punishment.

The teen admitted guilt in the deadly crash in exchange for two years of probation and 100 hours of community service as part of the deal.

He had also promised to attend school and not break any more laws.

Oh great, he promised to go to school and not break the law anymore!

Glad that’s settled then.

Absolutely infuriating.

Patriots were rightfully fuming at the justice system who just let off an illegal immigrant that killed an American citizen.

Kaitlyn’s father spoke out to Fox News about the ridiculous ruling:

ICE Denver chastised the Colorado court that handed out the weak sentence…before arresting the illegal alien and his whole family.

BREAKING: ICE confirms to @FoxNews they have arrested the teenage Colombian illegal alien who was given no jail time & probation after he hit & killed Kaitlyn Weaver in Aurora, CO while driving 90mph & unlicensed. ICE also arrested the teen’s entire family, who are also illegal aliens & will seek to deport all of them.

@ERODenver is blasting the Arapahoe County DA’s office for the teen’s weak sentence, saying in part: “For the
@DA18th justice is no jail time and probation for this criminal alien who killed a young woman while driving more than 90mph. For ICE, justice is arrest and removal.”

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a 16-year-old criminal alien from Colombia May 20 in Aurora, Colorado. The minor, who was convicted of reckless driving resulting in death was arrested along with his family who are also illegal aliens.  
The minor was convicted in Colorado’s 18th Judicial district and was sentence to probation and community service. As part of its routine operations, ICE arrests aliens who commit crimes and other individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws. All aliens in violation of U.S. immigration law may be subject to arrest, detention and, if found removable by final order, removal from the United States, regardless of nationality.”
And, if this type of situation sounds familiar to you, it’s because Colorado has a long history of refusing to deport illegal immigrants who kill American citizens like Kaitlyn Weaver —  a young, innocent woman who had her whole life ahead of her.

I’ll never understand why Democrats will always choose to side with illegal criminals over actual U.S. citizens that suffer at the hands of these immigrants.

All of the judges responsible for these ridiculous rulings need to be removed — stat!
