Federal Marshals CAUGHT SPYING on Trump Cabinet Member!

The past few years have been a constant cycle of watching what was previously considered conspiracy THEORY ultimately proven to be conspiracy FACT.

And it just happened again.

Does the federal government of the United States surveil and spy on it’s own citizens routinely?

Does the federal government TARGET political opponents in big, agency-wide operations?

There was a time when most of us would say “No” — at least not without good cause (with WARRANTS and OVERSIGHT).

You might have a single federal agent with a vendetta, but not an entire federal agency consistently keeping tabs on US citizens without oversight, completely in the dark, acting as a rogue agency and not just an individual abusing the power of his position.

There was a day that would have been a fairly true statement, but that day is long gone.

President Trump’s Director of National Intelligence has long claimed that she has been unjustly targeted for political reasons by the leaders of her former party.

But long before she was targeted — which today, we now have proof is true — she was attempting to push back against the so-called “domestic terrorism” laws put forward by the Biden Administration.

In January of 2021, she went on Fox News and (in an ironic precursor to today’s revelation) preached against the overreach of the federal government that would likely happen under the Biden-Harris regime:

It would be several years after that interview, and the messenger herself would be targeted by the very government and laws that she tried to push back against.

Whistleblowers were even reported to have come to her confirming her suspicions after she kept noticing ‘highly unusual’ patterns that indicated to her she was being targeted.

She openly tried to raise the alarm on this scary overreach, including during this conversation with Glenn Beck last year after the whistleblowers showed her the proof:

And now her suspicions have been proven true.

Rand Paul apparently subpoenaed the documents to prove Tulsi Gabbard’s story.

During today’s Capitol proceedings in which DHS Secretary Noem answered questions about her 2026 budget, Rand came out with the proof.

The Biden-Harris Administration was in fact actively SPYING on Tulsi Gabbard, just like she has been saying all this time.

Not only was she being subjected to exaggerated TSA screenings, but US Air Marshals were using their GIVEN AUTHORITY to FOLLOW and SURVEIL Americans under the pretext of keeping America’s skies safe.

She was ACTIVELY being spied upon by her own government — and it was considered “legal”!

Immediately after President Trump’s victory last year, Gabbard again took up the cause of shedding light on the corrupt political targeting which she was experiencing firsthand.

She explained how she “put all the pieces together” in a story covered just a short time after the election by Newsweek:

Representative Tulsi Gabbard, who was tapped by President-elect Donald Trump as the next director of national intelligence on Wednesday, claims that she is on a “secret terror watchlist” run by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

Gabbard, a former Democrat who announced at a Trump rally last month that she was joining the Republican Party, claimed in a video shared in early September to X, formerly Twitter, that she and her husband had been flagged as “a domestic terror threat” in July due to her political shift to the right.

The video came one month after the conservative website UndercoverDC claimed that unnamed “Federal Air Marshal whistleblowers” had revealed Gabbard was flagged by the TSA’s “Quiet Skies” program, which is separate from the U.S. government’s terrorist “no fly list” but subjects some travelers to enhanced security screenings.

“Just before boarding a flight on July 23, my husband and I were pulled aside for additional TSA screening,” Gabbard said in the video. “We were told by the TSA agent there that this was just a random selection. Now, that might have been believable if it had happened just once or twice. But five, six, seven, eight times in a row? There’s no way.”

“Federal air marshal whistleblowers came forward with very disturbing information,” she continued. “They revealed that I had been added to a secret terror watchlist run by the TSA called Quiet Skies on July 23. This is the very same day my husband and I began to be subjected to those in-depth TSA searches.”

Gabbard went on to say that she had “put all the pieces together” and determined that she was targeted by the TSA because she had criticized Vice President Kamala Harris, who had just announced her run for president, during a Fox News interview one day earlier.

“The TSA placed me on the Quiet Skies domestic terror watchlist in what I can only describe as the ultimate betrayal,” she said. “The Harris-Biden regime has now labeled me a domestic terror threat. Why? They see me as a threat to their power.”  (Emphasis added.)

That should never happen in the United States of America.

That should never happen to a free people, anywhere — and it should be a huge flashing warning light for us, letting us know that we HAVE NOT BEEN FREE for some time now.

She was ridiculed by the Democrats for the longest time for making those claims.

Senator Paul shared this a clip of the findings he came out with today via his X account, along with a warning for the rest of us:

His warning should cause us to push back against secretive federal power REGARDLESS of whether it comes under a Democrat regime, or a Republican:

If the government can tail a former member of Congress, imagine what they can do to you when they go unchecked.

DNI Gabbard was so rocked by being targeted by her own government, she put out a 14 minute video last year as part of her personal crusade against the tyranny she was experiencing at the hands of the TSA and Air Marshals.

It should never become ‘normalized’ to accept the political targeting of Americans for criticizing anyone in authority, or for representing a future threat to their political power.

Rand Paul’s revelatory testimony during today’s Capitol proceedings should also be a warning to the rest of us in that it took a sitting Congressman to ‘out’ the truth about the Biden-Harris Administration’s targeting of Tulsi Gabbard.

Who is going to go to bat for me or you, individually, when WE’RE the target?

No one.

And that’s why that much authority should NEVER be allowed to exist in the United States of America without multiple layers of oversight, and WITHOUT the veil of secrecy.

The TSA wouldn’t even confirm to her that she was being spied upon by the Air Marshals when she confronted them with that fact!

They lied, and said it was ‘routine’.

Thankfully, Rand Paul’s acquisition of those documents have now proven the truth.

And the Senator said it was NOT an “isolated case”, according to Fox News:

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., said he received records confirming that federal air marshals surveilled now-Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard during domestic flights last year, “reporting back information related to her appearance and even how many electronics she was observed using.”

The Republican from Kentucky made the revelation Tuesday on Capitol Hill as Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Krisi Noem was testifying about her department’s budget request for fiscal year 2026.

“I commend you and the Trump administration for ending all government-sponsored censorship using DHS personnel. Just last night, I received the first set of records from the department regarding Tulsi Gabbard’s placement on the TSA Quiet Skies watch list,” Paul said.

“These documents confirm our suspicions. Federal air marshals surveilled the now-director of national intelligence during domestic flights in 2024, reporting back information related to her appearance and even how many electronics she was observed using. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case,” he added.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) watchlist allows federal air marshals to follow U.S. citizens and collect information on their behavior in an effort to stop threats from potential terrorists.

“As I was traveling, I ended up in 30 to 45 minutes of going through screening every time I would go to the airport to fly,” Gabbard previously told Fox’s “One Nation.” “I noticed air marshals, I noticed K-9 teams. There were things that I saw and noticed that were highly unusual.

“But the deepest pain and harm and stress that’s been caused by this is that, forever going forward, I will always be looking over my shoulder, wondering if and how my government is surveilling me,” she said. (Emphasis added.)

We are either free, or we are not; there is no half-way on that issue.

And that is why American governance was originally designed with the PROTECTIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL first and foremost held as sacred, with any authority and powers of the government limited to halt any encroachment on individual liberty.

Oh, how far we’ve gotten from that original mindset and understanding of true liberty.

It’ll take work, and many battles to get back to that place.

Better than the battles that will be necessary otherwise, if we wait too long to put the unrestrained tyranny of the runaway federal government back in it’s rightful Constitutional box.
