It happened again within hours of the arrest of a rogue judge in New Mexico for EXACTLY THE SAME THING — harboring illegals.

And now, FBI Director Kash Patel has announced the arrest of activist Judge Hannah Dugan from the Milwaukee County Circuit Court for HIDING an illegal alien from ICE agents.
And the story is every bit as wild as it sounds on the surface!

To say she was upset might be a slight understatement.
According to reports, Judge Dugan hid an illegal alien from ICE agents in her own courtroom after they came looking for the man whom they intended to arrest following his court hearing.
And Judge Dugan literally sent them on a wild goose chase to talk to another judge while she hid the illegals in her own office!
One, and now two rogue activist judges have been arrested for trying to thwart the legitimate work of the Trump Administration in cleaning up America’s streets!

She explained the alleged circumstances of Judge Dugan’s duplicity towards the ICE Agents in vivid detail.

According to Pam Bondi, the judge literally hid the illegal alien AND HIS ATTORNEY in her own chambers!
And then… smuggles them out of the court room through her own private exit and helps them evade the federal ICE Agents while they are actively looking for the man!

He later made the announcement in person, obviously STOKED to be doing exactly what he was hired to do, and exactly what President Trump campaigned to get done!

Judge Dugan not only attempted to deceive ICE Agents.
She was also confronted with federal agents from multiple agencies looking for the illegal alien inside the courthouse, including agents from the FBI, Customs and Border Patrol, and the DEA.
Her attorney told the court during her own appearance before a judge today that she ‘wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest’, according to Fox News:
The FBI arrested a Wisconsin judge Friday morning for allegedly hiding a previously deported illegal immigrant in her jury room in order to stop him from being arrested by ICE, Fox News has learned.
Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested and charged with obstruction of an official proceeding after evidence came to light that she had shielded the migrant from ICE agents, according to a criminal complaint. She was also charged with concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.
Federal agents from ICE, FBI, CBP and DEA attempted to arrest the undocumented male – Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz — following his scheduled criminal court appearance before Dugan on April 18 to face three misdemeanor battery charges for allegedly beating up two people.
Dugan demanded that the officers proceed to the chief judge’s office and – after his hearing ended – escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney out a restricted jury door, bypassing the public area where agents were waiting in order to help him avoid arrest, per the complaint.
Dugan appeared in federal court in Milwaukee on Friday and made no public comments during the brief hearing, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Her attorney, Craig Mastantuono, told the court: “Judge Dugan wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety.” Her next court appearance is May 15.
Earlier this week, she disputed the accuracy of local reports which claimed she had shielded the illegal migrant from ICE.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Dugan had responded to the accusations in its publication on Tuesday, writing: “Nearly every fact regarding the ‘tips’ in your email is inaccurate.”
Maybe, just maybe… this spate of judicial arrests for actively working against President Trump’s immigration directives will give all the rest of these activist judges pause, and cause them to think twice.
Maybe. Or, maybe… we’ll get the pleasure of seeing more of these overreaching self-appointed tyrants get arrested and hauled into court before a judge just like Judge Dugan!
Journalist Collin Rugg shared a segment of a video from years ago during which Judge Dugan explained how she ‘used the law’ to push social changes.
Even years ago she was espousing her method of weaponizing the justice system in order to push these ideological social agendas!

And according to Nick Sortor’s post, not only was Judge Judge Hannah Dugan ultimately found out, arrested, and put before a judge for her bad behavior…
The illegal alien she attempted to hide from federal authorities was also caught.
So now they’ll BOTH potentially spend time behind bars — or at least, face justice.

After all, if a County Judge is held to the standard of the law… shouldn’t a sitting Congresswoman with Presidential aspirations be held to AT LEAST the same standard?
Again — time will tell if that wish comes true.
The local ABC News affiliate, WISN Channel 12, reported that Judge Dugan sent the federal agents away from her courtroom while the person they were looking for was sitting inside.

U.S. Marshals confirmed Judge Dugan was arrested, but detailed that the arrest actually happened yesterday.
So here’s my obvious question based on that information — if she only appeared before the judge today…
Did she get to spend all night in jail after her arrest, just as anyone else would have had to do, before seeing the judge today?
It definitely seems that way to me, judging from the timeline reported in the local Milwaukee online newspaper, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:
Brady McCarron, U.S. Marshals Service spokesman in Washington, D.C., confirmed Dugan was arrested at about 8 a.m. April 24 at the Milwaukee County Courthouse and is in federal custody.
Dugan was charged with two felony counts: obstruction and concealing an individual, McCarron confirmed to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

With all the judicial activism that has ramped up, starting from the very beginning of the current Trump Administration, it’s about time authorities take action against those working against the country ‘from within’… to borrow a phrase I heard a certain President use not too long ago.
The apparent Democrat adage of “rules for thee, but not for me” is hopefully coming to an end.
But now, we wait. Was this an anomaly of justice, or a sign of more justice to come?
I’ll say it one more time — time will tell.
But in the meantime, it’s nice to see justice handed out fairly, for a change.
