UPDATE: Virginia Court BLOCKS Democrat Redistricting Map

Last night, Virginians green-lit a Democrat-led attempt to gerrymander the state ahead of midterms.

The ballot measure would allow Democrats to pass a new, wildly unfair Congressional map that would eliminate all but one Republican seat.

Rightfully so, last night's election results sparked a lot of outrage among American patriots -- especially considering how Democrats billed it as a measure to "restore fairness in upcoming elections."

Yes, that's the exact language used on the ballot.

This type of confusing language is not only misleading; it's illegal under Virginia law.

Libs of TikTok explained:

Democrats' redistricting proposal in Virginia is VIOLATING State Law 30-19.10, which requires amendment proposals to use a "neutral explanation."

This gerrymandering attempt clearly violates this law by framing the Democrat proposal as "restoring fairness" in elections.

That's not all, however.

The whole election was incredibly sketchy.

For most of the night, it appeared like the redistricting effort would be voted down...but, that all changed when mail-in ballots came rolling in.

President Trump called it out as a "rigged election" on Truth Social:

Democrats shouldn't celebrate their "victory," too soon, however.

It didn't take long for their unlawful attempt at redistricting to be blocked by a Virginia court.

Today, the redistricting referendum was ruled unconstitutional by the Tazewell County Circuit Court!

It is now likely to go to the Virginia Supreme Court on appeal.

Reuters confirmed:

A Virginia court on Wednesday ​halted a new Democratic-drawn congressional ‌map approved by voters that could flip four Republican seats in the ​U.S. House of Representatives ​in November's midterm elections.

The court ⁠in Tazewell County said ​Tuesday's referendum was invalid, blocking the ​state from taking any action to enact the new districts. The ​Republican National Committee sued to ​block the referendum.
