UK Supreme Court: Only Biological Females Are Legally Women

The ‘woke’ is dying worldwide.

And this time, the Marxist in the UK took a big hit, specifically in the arena of the trans agenda.

The UK Supreme Court ruled that the legal definition of a woman only includes those born biologically female.

Imagine that. A supreme court ruling is needed for what we’ve already known for literally ages.

Transgender ‘women’ are no longer included under that definition.

JK Rowling celebrated the decision online, calling it a win for women’s rights.

The group For Women Scotland, which brought the case, also praised the ruling.

Fox News reports:

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of England ruled unanimously that a woman is defined as a person who was born biologically a female, and that transgender women are no longer included in the legal definition of a woman.

Author JK Rowling is celebrating the UK Supreme Court’s ruling that transgender women aren’t legally women in celebratory posts on X.

“I love it when a plan comes together. #SupremeCourt #WomensRights,” Rowling posted Wednesday on X, along with a photo of herself holding a drink and smoking a cigar by the water.

The organization For Women Scotland, a Scottish women’s advocacy group working to defend women’s and children’s rights which brought the case, also celebrated the ruling.

“Now there’s legal clarity on what ‘woman’ means,” Trina Budge, director of For Women Scotland, said in an interview with Sky News posted on X.

Gotta love that Rowling used a quote from The A-Team to celebrate the win. I didn’t know Brits watched that haha! (Maybe she just saw it in a meme?)

(Hang on…now that I think about it, it is ironic that she’s acting like a man (Hannibal) to celebrate a victory of not letting men act like women. But did she notice?)
