Brother of Rogue Judge Threatening Trump Officials with Jail… Hired Illegals as TEACHERS in U.S. Schools!

The behind-the-scenes connections between various anti-Trump and anti-America factions never fail to show up, if you dig deep enough.

One person known for finding those connections and making them known is the firebrand investigative journalist Laura Loomer.

And in the wake of Judge Boasberg’s insane plans to possible JAIL Trump Administration Officials who refuse to comply with his judicial overreach, Loomer has rediscovered a doozy of a connection!

According to Tom Boasberg’s own statements, the brother of the activist judge waging war against President Trump’s immigration policies actually favored hiring what he called ‘undocumented migrants’.

And as the Superintendent for the Denver Public School District, Judge Boasberg’s brother was actively hiring illegals to TEACH in America’s schools!

Loomer touted yet ANOTHER huge conflict of interest in the case of the rogue Trump-hating Judge, James Boasberg.

I have discovered another shocking conflict of interest involving Judge James Boasberg, who recently threatened to hold Trump administration officials in contempt for failing to provide flight information related to the deportation of illegal Venezuelan gang members belonging to the notorious Tren de Aragua gang. The judge’s brother, Tom Boasberg, a fluent Chinese speaker and former superintendent of Denver Public Schools (DPS) for a decade, hired illegal aliens on DACA to teach in Colorado schools during his tenure.

A review of Tom Boasberg’s professional background reveals he was an associate at Covington & Burling. On February 25, 2025, President Donald J. Trump signed a memorandum to suspend security clearances for Covington & Burling LLP employees involved in the weaponization of government, pending a review of their roles and responsibility in the weaponization of the judicial process.

Adding to the controversy, the US State Department @StateDept is currently promoting the Singapore American School, where Tom Boasberg now serves as superintendent, on its official website. This raises questions about the government’s endorsement of an institution led by an individual with a history of employing undocumented immigrants.

Colorado has seen a significant presence of the Tren de Aragua Venezuelan gang, with ICE actively searching for members who have reportedly taken over apartment complexes in the state while illegally possessing high-powered weapons.

Judge Boasberg’s recent threat to hold Trump officials in contempt comes amid the Trump administration’s efforts to deport these gang members.

The judge’s handling of the case involving President Trump’s deportation flights of illegal immigrants has been called into question, especially given his family’s ties to pro-immigration causes.

As I exclusively reported several weeks ago, Judge Boasberg’s daughter Katharine Boasberg works for the radical Leftist group called “Partners for Justice @PFJ_USA”, a non-profit organization known for its advocacy on behalf of illegal aliens.

Meanwhile, Judge Boasberg’s brother’s actions in hiring undocumented immigrants to teach in Colorado schools, where the Tren de Aragua gang is now a significant concern, further raises more concerns over the conflict of interest.

@marcorubio should conduct a review regarding why the US State Department is promoting a school led by Tom Boasberg, an “open borders leftist” who arguably endangered the lives of American children by employing illegal aliens.

Judge Boasberg is very conflicted and is now threatening to hold members of the Trump admin in contempt because multiple members of his family are involved in supporting illegal aliens.

Here are the ‘receipts’ that Laura Loomer brought; screenshots from a story back in 2017 on VOX that brought the situation to light:

As Loomer correctly pointed out, that Vox story accurately reported Tom Boasberg’s active recruitment of ‘undocumented’ and UNVETTED foreigners to teach in American public schools!

And what is more, the Denver Public School District maintained a policy that forbade asking the prospective teachers whether or not they even had DACA status.

Which means not only were they hiring non-citizen foreigners to teach American children in the Denver Public School system — but they were almost certainly hiring some who didn’t even qualify for the controversial DACA protection!

So the judge who is currently threatening to hold President Trump’s officials in contempt of court and lock them up for refusing to comply with his anti-American immigration related orders… is the brother of the former Denver school district Superintendent who was ACTIVELY recruiting illegals to teach in U.S. schools!

Teach for America, a non-profit NGO, was created expressly to run with that idea and place MORE undocumented and unvetted foreigners in to classrooms across America as teachers — that’s according to the very same left-leaning story referenced by Laura Loomer from 2017 in Vox:

Boasberg said the Denver school district decided to actively recruit DACA teachers because he’s seen many talented undocumented students graduate from his own schools. He wanted them to come back and teach. Now, four years later, he’s witnessed what the program has done for countless Denver students.

The school district does not ask applicants if they have DACA status, so it doesn’t track how many teachers have that protection. Even so, many are open about it throughout the hiring process. Boasberg said he reached out to local colleges and universities to let them know that Denver schools were eager hire DACA students. It was hard enough finding bilingual teachers for such a diverse urban school district.

In the past few decades, the makeup of Denver’s student population has gone from mostly white to mostly Latino. Only about 23 percent of students are now white. This is a trend in public schools across the country, but that cultural shift hasn’t reached the faculty level. The latest data shows that about 83 percent of public school teachers are white. That disconnect has led many urban school leaders wrestling with this question: How can we recruit more qualified teachers whom our students can identify with? DACA was one solution.

Teach for America, a nonprofit that recruits teachers to work in low-income school districts, has been placing more DACA teachers in schools around the country after its success in Colorado. Right now the organization has more than 190 DACA teachers, alumni, and staff in 11 states. It was also looking to expand to Ohio and Tennessee.

While Vox and Judge Boasberg’s Superintendent brother argue that hiring ‘undocumented’ (should read: ILLEGALS) is a GOOD thing across the board for America…

President Trump’s Border Czar, Tom Homan, has another message.

According to Homan, there are only three reasons someone hires an illegal alien, and it’s not ‘out of the goodness of their heart’:

Homan also said a few days ago that even if Judge Boasberg continues to wage lawfare in an attempt to tie the Trump Administration’s hands removing illegals from the United States, there are other options.

Gitmo is wide open, according to Homan, and if they are stopped from deporting illegals back to their country of origin… Gitmo is a satisfactory ‘Plan B’:

But in the meantime the brother of a man who openly engaged in recruiting illegals to hire as teachers is sitting on a federal court bench and threatening the President’s people with contempt of court for removing illegals from American streets!

If that isn’t a conflict of interest, what is!?

Judge Boasberg certainly seems to share his brother’s sentiment that ‘undocumented’ (ILLEGAL!) individuals should be entreated to Constitutional protections as if they were U.S. citizens.

Boasberg pushed the DOJ attorney representing the Trump Administration for specifics on who disobeyed his verbal orders to turn those now infamous planes around, which ultimately delivered its cargo of deportees out of the country.

Boasberg was looking for a name to find in contempt.

But when the DOJ attorney pointed out that certain legal ‘privileges’ could apply to the information the Judge was requesting, Boasberg insisted he would rule on the matter anyway in the coming week, according to ABC News:

Nearly three weeks after President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act to remove more than 200 alleged migrant gang members to El Salvador with little-to-no due process, a federal judge will consider whether the Trump administration defied his court order by deporting the men.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg said at a hearing Thursday that he is contemplating initiating “contempt proceedings” against the government in the event he finds probable cause they deliberately defied his March 15 order that barred removals under the Alien Enemies Act and directed two flights carrying alleged Venezuelan gang members be returned to the United States.

Boasberg questioned DOJ attorney Drew Ensign over the best way to proceed in the case in the event he determines the government violated his verbal order that the flights be returned to the U.S.

Boasberg repeatedly pressed Ensign for more information on which parties might have been involved in potentially defying his order. Ensign cited various privileges that might apply to the specific information, but when pressed by Boasberg he said he was not prepared to give specific answers.

Judge Boasberg said he would look to issue a ruling sometime next week.

The judge began the hearing by dressing down Ensign after the DOJ lawyer insisted that the Trump administration complied with Boasberg’s court order.

“It seems to me, there is a fair likelihood that that is not correct,” Judge Boasberg said in response to the argument that the Trump administration complied with the order. “In fact, the government acted in bad faith throughout that day. You really believed everything you did that day was legal and could survive a court challenge. I can’t believe you ever would have operated in the way you did.”

Meanwhile, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution today backing President Trump’s removal of dangerous illegals.

The resolution specifically affirms the use of the Trump Administration’s utilization of the Alien Enemies Act, which Judge Boasberg argued was improper.

So notwithstanding Tom and James Boasberg’s family-wide pushback against President Trump’s AMERICA FIRST immigration policies, at least one house of Congress took a stand for the President’s deportation strategy.

The resolution specifically affirms the removal of Tren de Aragua members which have seen a marked increase in Colorado, where ironically… Judge Boasberg’s brother spent YEARS recruiting illegals to teach.

Colorado Republican Jeff Crank spoke about the resolution that passed today, according to Fox News:

A House Resolution affirming the Trump administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to crack down on those suspected to be Tren de Aragua gang members will be introduced on Monday.

“Coloradoans already know the truth: Tren de Aragua (TdA) is a terrorist organization active in our communities right now,” Rep. Jeff Crank, who’s introducing the resolution, told Fox News Digital in an exclusive statement.

“I fully support President Trump’s executive order to designate them as a Foreign Terrorist Organization and to begin deporting these horrific terrorists. It is essential to our national security that known terrorists are quickly detained and deported out of our country by our law enforcement professionals,” the Republican, who took office in January, continued.

Specifically, the resolution says that the House of Representatives agrees with using the Alien Enemies Act to transport those who are part of a designated foreign terrorist organization. In addition, it “endorses the complete elimination of these organizations from the United States to protect the nation’s territory, safety, and security.” The resolution is co-sponsored by Reps. Lauren Boebert, Sheri Biggs, Tom Tiffany and Michael Guest.

Tren de Aragua, as well as some cartel groups, were recently listed as a foreign terrorist organization by President Donald Trump, and some of the alleged members from MS-13 were brought to the Center for Terrorism Confinement in El Salvador.

Resolutions are good, but it will apparently take a little more concrete action to stop the Boasberg brothers from using the federal government to push their un-American agendas.

Tom Boasberg resigned from his Superintendent job overseeing the Denver Public School District back in 2018.

But, as multiple outlets are now reporting since Laura Loomer’s findings, Tom Boasberg who once hired illegals to be teachers in American schools is now pulling in a State Department paycheck.

He’s in charge of the Singapore American School in southeast Asia, which gets official State Department backing and funding.

Somehow, it doesn’t seem appropriate that someone so interlaced with actively hiring illegals and recruiting them to work in the U.S. without proper vetting is now drawing a U.S. government paycheck and has been put in charge of an ‘American’ school in Asia!

But multiple headlines, like this one from Headline USA, are now reporting that is exactly what Judge Boasberg’s brother is now doing:

At some point, the large number of conflict of interest issues that keep coming to light with these activist judges needs to be handled.

The independent media can only do so much — though as part of that group, we are committed to doing our part.

But this tolerance for activist judges will persist until concrete action is taken on the part of the DOJ and the Trump Administration to finally put them in their constitutional place, and re-highlight the lane they are to occupy.

It could be that the Trump Administration is simply working in that direction, step by step, and allowing the circumstances necessary to bring that legal case and make it stick.

That is my sincere hope, and expectation.

Because every day that ticks by with these rogue judges and their plethora of conflicting interests wielding unrestrained federal power… is a day that the work of righting this country is hindered.

We all know what needs to be done.  There needs to be charges, impeachment, and consequences.

That is the only way these runaway judicial activists are going to respect the constitutional boundaries they have too long been allowed — even incentivized — to ignore.
