In addition to his proven strengths in business, politics, and entertainment, President Donald Trump is also a skilled golfer, as his long record attests.
Most recently, he announced a tournament victory at his own club in Palm Beach, Florida, though his statement also included a bittersweet acknowledgement.
As the Daily Caller reported:
President Donald Trump made an announcement Sunday on Truth Social that he was the victor at a golf tournament that took place at his club located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Sadly, however, he said the tournament would “probably” be his “last.”
ADVERTISEMENT“I just won the Golf Club Championship, probably my last, at Trump International Golf Club, in Palm Beach County, Florida. Such a great honor! The Awards dinner is tonight, at the Club,” read the post.
“I want to thank the wonderful Golf Staff, and all of the many fantastic golfers, that participated in the event. Such fun!”
Trump‘s championship comes just one day following the White House sharing pictures of the President of the United States wearing golf clothes while he watched Iran-backed Houthis get struck in Yemen.
The president’s announcement sparked praise and congratulatory comments from supporters on social media:

Some of his critics attempted to disparage him for golfing, but their attacks fell flat in the context of Joe Biden’s alarming record of absenteeism.
As the New York Post reported last month:
Biden, 82, took more time off than any other US president in modern history, spending 577 of his 1,463 days in office – or 39% of his presidency — on vacation, according to shocking new data compiled by the Republican National Committee.
ADVERTISEMENTThe average American — who gets 11 paid vacation days a year — would have to work 52 years to rack up as much down time as Biden scored in his four years.
“Considering how awful his misguided policies were and the various crises they created, from the border to inflation, imagine the damage he would have done if he worked every day?” quipped Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn). “I’m not sure if we should be mad or thankful he worked so little.”
Here’s some additional coverage of Biden’s exorbitant vacation schedule:
