Kash Patel Seeks To Bypass Pam Bondi Entirely, Direct Chain To President Trump

Kash Patel might in fact be the fighter we hoped he would be!

While he hasn’t delivered what he promised “on day one”, it’s possible he’s found the problem and is actively going around it.

I sure hope Pam Bondi isn’t the problem, but it appears as though she may be compromised if this post is true:

And that’s not based on just a post online….

The Wall St. Journal reported:

Patel’s determination to keep in close contact with Trump himself is an arrangement outside the traditional chain of command in which the FBI director reports to the deputy attorney general, and the president usually talks only to the attorney general.

It is but one example of how on matters big and small administration officials including Patel and senior officials at the Justice Department have deferred to Trump and his deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller since taking office, the people said. Miller has regularly talked to top officials at the Justice Department, including about the FBI, the people said.

Patel had told others he planned to keep a longtime FBI agent and supervisor, Robert Kissane, as his deputy, for example, according to people familiar with the discussions, but let that go for Trump’s choice of conservative firebrand Dan Bongino. Miller repeatedly called then-acting deputy attorney general Emil Bove at night to push for the FBI to do more to execute Trump’s immigration crackdown, people familiar with the calls said. And Bove is the official who ordered prosecutors to drop the bribery case against New York Mayor Eric Adams, saying the case interfered with the mayor’s ability to assist on Trump’s priorities of fighting illegal immigration and violent crime.

Kash Patel has also reportedly asked for a security detail NOT comprised of FBI agents:

UPDATE: In an update to this report, FBI Assistant Director for Public Affairs, Ben Williamson, dismissed the report stating: “Per me, this is BS.”

“On Day One”

"On Day One"

"On Day One".

Those aren't my words, that's not my artificially high bar for performance...

That's what Kash Patel repeatedly promised us he would do: On day one, he would release the JFK Files and the Epstein Files.

And in case you need a little reminder, here's what he said (multiple times):

Raising the bar further, he often said he wanted a 24/7 declassification office and "on day one" he would bring out Jeffrey Epstein's black book of names:

Well, "Day One" was February 21, 2025, which is 15 days ago as of the press time for this article.

You'll notice I didn't write this article on February 22 or even February 28, but it's now 15 days later and not a damn thing has been declassified or released.

NOTHING.

As the press for the people, our job is to hold these people accountable and so 15 days later I'm asking: What the Hell happened to "On Day One"?

I'm still rooting for Kash Patel and Pam Bondi, but I'm not going to simply cheerlead for them for the next 4 years if we don't see any results.

I didn't say "On Day One".....Kash did.

And I do hear all the people saying "they just got in there, give them a little time".....but every time those people pipe up, I can't help but hear echoes of: "Just give Jeff Sessions a little more time, he'll start doing big things real soon, just wait!"

Or...."Just give Bill Barr some more time, he's just playing 5D Chess!"

Sorry folks, been there, done that, and I'm not going to that same Rodeo with Kash and Bondi.

I'm with these guys:

I found Stew Peters' post especially funny....

Kash claimed like he'd never even heard of Stew during his Congressional testimony, and yet he went on Stew's show at least once, I think multiple times.

Stew is calling him out as well and rightly so:

Some very big names are all of the same mind as I am on this one....

Sorry, but there's no grace period here, there's no warm up period.

Jeff Sessions, Jim Comey, Andy McCabe and Bill Barr ruined that for you.

And so did your own words....

Remember: "ON DAY ONE".

No grace period, just go time:

Yes, I am aware of this good news and action being taken:

TREASON? Kash Patel Announces Arrests of Three Soldiers for Selling Military Secrets

And that's great, but learn how to walk and chew gum at the same time.

WHERE ARE THE FILES?

But the buck doesn't just stop with Kash, the buck also stops with his boss, Pam Bondi, who has been even worse than Kash on these issues.

Even Shawn Farash who normally does comedy is pissed off:

While Kash campaigned about "On Day One", Pam Bondi went on Fox News and told us all on a Wednesday night that she had all the Epstein Files on her desk and they'd be released the next day.

She made a big deal about how awful they were and how many horrible things this guy had done.

She did indeed release them the next day in the Binder Fiasco, but it later turned out there was NOTHING NEW in those files.

They were all the same boring, redacted 200 pages that we'd seen before.

So there appears to only be 3 options here for how this could have happened....

One, Bondi is just not very smart and knows less about the Epstein Files than you and I do, and she didn't even know enough to know that what was on her desk was what we'd already seen.

That's a really bad option and I hope that's not true.  I don't think she could get this far in life being dumb, so I think this is hopefully unlikely.

Two, she lied.   Maybe she thought they were coming and they never did, or who knows what happened, but it could have just straight up been a lie.

Also not a good option and that doesn't seem to be in line with her character.

Third, and I think this is the most likely option but also the worst for our country: she did have all the files Wednesday night and then someone got to her.

Blackmail, bribery, some mix of both, who knows.  But someone compromised her between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

Those are the only three scenarios I can think of, can you think of others?

One thing is clear, it's been a huge disappointment:

Meet you new boss, same as the old boss:

Where are the files Pam?

I also want to make clear I'm not anti-Trump and I'm not trying to stir up division....

Trump has been firing on all cylinders with everything else, the one glaring sore spot is Kash and Bondi:

But hey, we got some more "strongly worded letters"!

So I bet that will be almost just as good, right?

How many deadlines has Pam Bondi set and missed already?

It's getting embarrassing:

I know this report may not be what everyone wants to see, and I can already read the comments saying "give them more time" but I'm sorry folks I've plaid that game and it doesn't end well.

I lost all my patience for "give them more time" with Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr.

Shit or get off the pot, that's how I see it.

Pam Bondi Has Sent a "Very Strong Letter" About This Whole Epstein Situation!

Fear not my friends!

If you thought the Epstein situation was a debacle this week, I have good news for you!

Pam Bondi is on the case, and she just told Mark Levin that she's written "a very strong letter" about it, so buck up my friends!  Things are going to turn very soon!

I for one could not be happier....

For decades now, "strong letters" have really gotten the job done.

Every time Republicans in Congress get stonewalled and send a "very strong letter" things change immediately!

It's like a magic wand, if the Deep State is stonewalling you, one sternly written letter will usually do the trick right away!

Sometimes a second Nasty-Gram is needed, but not often.

It's also good if you include deadlines and ultimatums in your "strongly worded letters" and then do absolutely nothing when those are ignored....that really shows them you mean business!

Just watch here:

FULL TRANSCRIPT:

Mark: Welcome back, America. We're here with—and I'm very excited about this Attorney General Pam Bondi, a good friend, especially a good friend of my wife, but a wonderful lady and a great lawyer. Welcome to the program, Madam Attorney General. I want to get into this Epstein thing a little bit. I think the American people are very curious about who's on this list—or these lists—and you have been doggedly trying to get all the information.

And now we learn, thanks to you, that you've been stonewalled by people in New York. Do you want to explain that?

Pam Bondi: Yes, Mark. So, as you know, we released about one hundred and twenty pages of documents, and I started asking for these documents right when I came into office and before Kash Patel was in there. I ended up getting about one hundred and twenty pages. We carefully redacted them, of course, to be sure that two hundred and fifty-four pages—young girls, women who are victims of sex crimes and sex trafficking, their personal information—was redacted and removed to protect them.

I'm going through it and I kept saying, "There has to be more, there has to be more." I'm assured that's it. Kash asked the same questions, assured there's no more. Last, I found out, you know, this week that a source told me New York SDNY is sitting on thousands of pages of documents regarding Epstein—1000, 1000. And, of course, you've seen the very strong letter: "We will get everything. We will have it in our possession. We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury information and confidential witnesses, but the American people have a right to know, and Donald Trump is the most transparent president in our nation's history."

Mark: So not only will America get the full Epstein files, they will get JFK; they will get Martin Luther King. Well, that's fantastic. But I assume the Southern District of New York is—or has been—holding on to this information for a reason; that is, they don't like the names on the list. And, of course, we know New York is a hotbed of the Democrat Party—and that includes legal circles. Do you think that's part of the issue here, that they're trying to protect a lot of names and individuals?

Pam Bondi: You know, Mark, I have not reviewed the information yet. And as a lawyer—as a prosecutor—I want to review everything before I make a firm conclusion. But I think it's very interesting that they withheld that from us, and I will find out who withheld it—and they will not be working for us anymore. So, once all that's gathered, you're just going to put it out in the public with the obvious necessary redactions, including the people who were the victims and the phone numbers and so forth, but for the perpetrators, I assume that we'll see those names.

Well, certainly, there's nothing that can be withheld on that. Of course, as you know, grand jury information—anything confidential—will be withheld under the law. And we're going to do everything in our power to protect the victims so they're not further victimized.

Mark: Also, let me ask you a question, kind of in this vein—and it may be too early to know because literally, you just got to the Department of Justice. This guy, Jack Smith, his team of lawyers, and so forth—so on and so on—do we know yet? I happen to know that is a big, damn department with a lot of people, and so it just takes time to figure things out. But do we happen to know yet whether they comply with all the requirements of the Presidential Records Act and the Espionage Act? That is, did they store all their materials for you folks to look at when you choose to look at it? Do we know that, or did they remove or destroy any of it?

Pam Bondi: Mark, that's what we're looking at now. We're going through all of that. And now that I just got Kash Patel in as FBI Director—he's, of course, a tremendous help—I've been in office what, barely two weeks, and it feels like two years. We are going nonstop. We will get to the bottom of that. And, as you know, the first thing I did was fire the Jack Smith team—that was the ultimate weaponization of our country and our government.

Mark: Don't you get a little frustrated, or worse—I would—reading these stories about…

Look folks, I hope you can read through the DRIPPING SARCASM in what I just wrote, but for anyone in doubt let me clear it up for you....

I do think Pam Bondi means well, but she may not be cut out for this job.

Pam, we don't want a fucking "strongly worded letter" which you sent to Kash, by the way.

The days of "strongly written letters" are over.

That was fine when it's all we had, when Republicans were in the minority in Congress and when Biden was in the White House.

But now YOU run the DOJ, Pam.

And yes, I'm fully aware of the point made by Elon Musk on Joe Rogan saying that Kash Patel and Pam Bondi have been made captains of ships with crews that hate them, and the crews are not suddenly going to play nice:

I get that, and it's a fair point, but bringing a "strongly worded letter" to a gunfight isn't going to work either.

Pam, you run the Department of Justice!

Kash runs the FBI.

Between the two of you, you have every single weapon at your disposal.

Use SOMETHING other than a "strongly worded letter."

Americans are not going to tolerate that anymore.

If that's all you've got, please resign and give the post to someone who will step in and fight.

If you don't win the fight, at least go down swinging.

If the SDNY is stonewalling you, send a team and RAID THEIR FUCKING OFFICES the next morning!  Do exactly what they did to Trump!

Don't send them a nice little letter with a deadline that comes and goes and plenty of time to destroy evidence!

No, you're not playing 5D chess, you're just getting outplayed.

RAID THE OFFICES OF EACH AND EVERY PERSON OR OFFICE OR AGENCY STONEWALLING YOU UNTIL YOU ROOT IT ALL OUT.

Or resign.

That's my take.

I'm still rooting for you Pam, but with each day that passes and with each new interview you do, you're looking worse and worse.

There’s Something Very Wrong With Pam Bondi and the FBI [from Noah]

There's Something Very Wrong With Pam Bondi and the FBI [from Noah]

I've been running this through my head all day long after the massive debacle we had yesterday involving those Epstein Binders.

What a mess!

Such a bad look all around.

If you missed that, you can catch up here:

“Phase 1” of Epstein Files Released — Thousands More To Come

But aside from the big mess it ended up being, something else hasn't been sitting right with me.

The stories aren't adding up.

Look, I'm a big fan of Kash Patel and Pam Bondi and I'm here to give them the benefit of the doubt as they face a truly Herculean task of trying to reform agencies that some say may be past the ability to save.

Literal snake dens full of entrenched Deep State operatives that have had decades to rig things their way.

So I don't discount that and I know we have two good people finally fighting for us, and the very fact they're facing so much resistance shows they're the right people for the job.

But....I also have to speak out when things just don't look right and dots are not connecting, so that's what I'm doing right now.

Yesterday, Liz Wheeler told us that Pam Bondi was essentially double-crossed and the files she thought were the full set (200 pages) were not the full set.

Liz says that somewhere between Wednesday night and Thursday morning when the binders were released, she learned from a confidential source that many more files were being held against her orders by rogue actors in the FBI and SDNY:

This is the story:

President Trump & AG Pam Bondi committed to releasing the Epstein files.

The FBI was told to deliver the files to Bondi.

They did, about 200 pages.

Bondi smelled a rat, because there was nothing juicy in the 200 pages, just flight logs & a Rolodex of phone numbers. No “smoking gun.”

Still, Bondi promised to release the documents, so she prepared a binder of them.

THEN, last night a whistleblower contacted Bondi & revealed that the SDNY was hiding potentially thousands of Epstein files, defying Bondi’s order to give them all to her.

We’re talking recordings, evidence, etc. The juicy stuff. Names.

These swamp creatures at SDNY deceived Bondi, Kash, and YOU.

Be outraged that the binder is boring. You should be. Because the evil deep state LIED TO YOUR FACE.

The binder is powerful because it’s tangible physical evidence of the disgusting stunt the SDNY tried to pull.

Bondi is now demanding ALL the Epstein evidence from SDNY plus an investigation into the persons who committed this act of defiance.

The legacy media has betrayed you again and again and again. They lie to you. They smear you. They gaslight you. They deserve no special access to realtime exposure of corruption… because they played a role in covering it up in the first place!

You are the media, Elon said. Yes, we are. So celebrate the regular people are being given access to the most powerful people in our country to report on despicable corruption as it’s being uncovered in realtime.

And be very, very angry that deep state agents in the swamp at the SDNY are at this very moment defying President Trump & AG Bondi & you who voted him into office, lying, and hiding the truth about Jeffrey Epstein because they don’t want their own corruption & weaponization of govt exposed.

That’s the story.

Ok, fair enough but then I have several questions....

First, did Pam Bondi really think 200 pages was the full and complete set of everything that exists?

She's way smarter than that, right?

Folks, there should be volumes upon volumes!

The New York apartment.

The Island.

The Palm Beach Estate.

The New Mexico ranch.

Where are all the files on all of these places?

Where is all the video?

There must be volumes of it!

Where is the full list of contacts?

Where is the full list of flight logs?

Where is all the other evidence that surely the FBI has boxes and boxes of?

There's no way Pam got duped into believing it was only 200 pages, right?

......RIGHT?

Please tell me not, right?

Not only that but I have a real problem with what Bondi told Jesse Watters on Wednesday night.

She said the files were on her desk, they'd be released tomorrow, and that it's really sick stuff.  Really horrible stuff.

Remember this?

But then when we got the 200 pages it was mostly all stuff we'd seen before.

Almost nothing new.  Literally almost nothing.

And really sick stuff?

Not nearly anything close to what all of us are expecting to see.

So this doesn't jive.

Either she lied to Jesse Watters and something happened between the time of that interview and the release of those binders or again....is she just not very smart?

Sorry folks, I'm Team Bondi and Team Kash, but these dots are not connecting....

And I have to call them like I see them around here, even when it means calling out the good guys.

Get your act together Pam, America has ZERO tolerance for failure right now.

Hey, maybe we need to get Sid Powell in there instead?
