Pam Bondi Reveals FBI Is Blocking Her, Sends New Orders To Kash Patel

You would think the Head of the FBI is about as high up as you can get, but the head of the FBI (Kash Patel) still reports to the Attorney General (Pam Bondi) and I suppose ultimately also answers to the President of the United States and of course to We The People.

But all of those distinctions are important to remember as we’re starting to see some rifts develop.

On the surface, it might look like rifts between Pam Bondi and Kash Patel, but that’s not it at all.

It’s rifts between Pam Bondi and the entrenched Deep State within the FBI that is undermining both Bondi and Patel….and stonewalling the release of the TRUE Epstein Files.

Bondi has only been on the job a few weeks max, but she’s already had enough and she just sent this letter to Kash Patel as head of the FBI ordering him to clean house:

Here’s a closer look:

FULL TEXT:

Dear Director Patel,

Before you came into office, I requested the full and complete files related to Jeffrey Epstein. In response to this request, I received approximately 200 pages of documents, which consisted primarily of flight logs, Epstein’s list of contacts, and a list of victims’ names and phone numbers.

I repeatedly questioned whether this was the full set of documents responsive to my request and was repeatedly assured by the FBI that we had received the full set of documents.

Late yesterday, I learned from a source that the FBI Field Office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein.

Despite my repeated requests, the FBI never disclosed the existence of these files. When you and I spoke yesterday, you were just as surprised as I was to learn this new information.

By 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, February 28, the FBI will deliver the full and complete Epstein files to my office, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings, and materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his clients, regardless of how such information was obtained.

There will be no withholdings or limitations to my or your access. The Department of Justice will ensure that any public disclosure of these files will be done in a manner to protect the privacy of victims and in accordance with law, as I have done my entire career as a prosecutor.

I am also directing you to conduct an immediate investigation into why my order to the

FBI was not followed. You will deliver to me a comprehensive report of your findings and proposed personnel action within 14 days.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this important matter. I know that we are both committed to transparency for the American people, and I look forward to continuing to work with you to serve our President and our country.

Sincerely,

Pamela Bondi

Attorney General

Again, keep in mind these two are on the same side, but she’s basically letting the public know this is not acceptable and giving Kash Patel a clear directive to clean house.

I love it!

Now follow through, both of you!

We cannot stop at simply writing letters.  We’ve done that for decades.

Nasty letters are not what we need, we need action.

We need mass firings.

We need mass declass.

Here’s more, from the NY Post:

Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed Thursday that “thousands of pages” of documents in the FBI’s investigation into the sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein were withheld from her.

And she’s demanding that they be turned over by Friday morning.

Bondi, 59, disclosed in a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel a tipster said that all but “approximately 200 pages of documents” were still being kept secret at the FBI’s office in New York — despite her repeated requests for the “full” Epstein files.

The initial batch included flight logs, phone numbers and the names of victims, but a source in the FBI’s New York office reached out and said that hundreds additional documents were not included.

“By 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, February 28, the FBI will deliver the full and complete Epstein files to my office, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings, and materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his clients, regardless of how such information was obtained,” Bondi said.

“There will be no withholdings or limitations to my or your access,” she vowed to Patel.

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) has floated a bill to prevent non-public records on Epstein housed at the Department of Justice from being destroyed, according to a copy of a letter obtained by The Post.

Ogles, 53, wrote to Bondi on Wednesday, announcing that he was “drafting legislation entitle the Preventing Epstein Documentation Obliteration Act, or the PEDO Act” following “reports that certain FBI agents are allegedly attempting to destroy critical records.”

“Should you encounter any statutory barriers to the expeditious public release of Jeffrey Epstein’s client list or other pertinent information related to his activities — to include circumstances in which any such documentation is housed in other federal agencies — I stand ready to assist,” he said.

“Our constituents deserve nothing less than radical transparency in matters implicating the integrity of our justice system,” he added in the missive, which was first reported by Fox News.

Here was Tucker Carlson telling us about all of this months ago:

Here was our earlier report:

Here’s The Truth Behind What Happened With Today’s FAILED Epstein Files “Release”

Here's The Truth Behind What Happened With Today's FAILED Epstein Files "Release"

Today was the day we were supposed to finally get the Epstein Files released.

Perhaps not all of them, but most.  Much more than we'd ever seen before.

And....it went badly.

Very badly, on several different levels.

I wrote more about it here:

“Phase 1” of Epstein Files Released — Thousands More To Come

But basically, we got 200 pages of almost all the stuff we've already seen before and nothing much new.

And the way in which it was done was widely scorned, even by yours truly.

Instead of just posting the files online so the entire country can go see them, they were given out in paper binders to a select group of "influencers".

Why?

Why do that?

And those said influencers then paraded the binders around, holding them up with goofy smiles on their faces as if they were holding up little Simba from the opening scene of The Lion King:

It was a really tone-deaf thing to do on so many levels.

This isn't some game, it's not some joke....

We're looking to expose the details behind a horrific child sex trafficking ring, this is probably not something you want to parade around with a goofy smile on your face.

I don't mean to be too critical to these "influences", I think they got stuck in a bad spot.  But it wasn't a good look.

I applaud the Trump Administration for trying to reduce the MSM influence in the White House and bring independent journalists and "influences" but time and place.  This just wasn't the right time and not the right place, at least not for the means by which this information was going to be released.

I'm glad those people are in the White House and being given access, that's not the issue.

It just wasn't necessary to use them as an intermediary for this release, just post the damn documents.

With that all said, and admitting that I personally was not very impressed by anything that happened here today, I want to share with you two other perspectives on what happened today that I actually think shed a lot of light and perhaps give different, maybe even better, ways to look at all of this.

So on top of my grumbling listed up above, now let me balance out the scales a little bit and bring you some different perspectives that I am taking to heart as well.

For the first one, we go to Liz Wheeler who was one of those "influencers" who got a binder today and she shares some things that perhaps the rest of us didn't know....

I really appreciated this different look:

This is the story:

President Trump & AG Pam Bondi committed to releasing the Epstein files.

The FBI was told to deliver the files to Bondi.

They did, about 200 pages.

Bondi smelled a rat, because there was nothing juicy in the 200 pages, just flight logs & a Rolodex of phone numbers. No “smoking gun.”

Still, Bondi promised to release the documents, so she prepared a binder of them.

THEN, last night a whistleblower contacted Bondi & revealed that the SDNY was hiding potentially thousands of Epstein files, defying Bondi’s order to give them all to her.

We’re talking recordings, evidence, etc. The juicy stuff. Names.

These swamp creatures at SDNY deceived Bondi, Kash, and YOU.

Be outraged that the binder is boring. You should be. Because the evil deep state LIED TO YOUR FACE.

The binder is powerful because it’s tangible physical evidence of the disgusting stunt the SDNY tried to pull.

Bondi is now demanding ALL the Epstein evidence from SDNY plus an investigation into the persons who committed this act of defiance.

The legacy media has betrayed you again and again and again. They lie to you. They smear you. They gaslight you. They deserve no special access to realtime exposure of corruption… because they played a role in covering it up in the first place!

You are the media, Elon said. Yes, we are. So celebrate the regular people are being given access to the most powerful people in our country to report on despicable corruption as it’s being uncovered in realtime.

And be very, very angry that deep state agents in the swamp at the SDNY are at this very moment defying President Trump & AG Bondi & you who voted him into office, lying, and hiding the truth about Jeffrey Epstein because they don’t want their own corruption & weaponization of govt exposed.

That’s the story.

Here is video of Liz speaking on the same points:

And second we go to WarClandestine (formerly BioClandestine) who is also taking an opposite opinion, but I think it makes some very good points:

I guess I’m living on a different planet from the rest of the internet.

I’m ecstatic right now 😂

All I’m seeing is proof that Trump’s appointees are using the full power of their offices to expose this Epstein situation.

Are they facing resistance? Yes. But didn’t we expect them to face resistance? And doesn’t resistance prove they are over the target? Doesn’t resistance prove that Bondi and Kash are a separate entity from the entrenched bureaucracy? Doesn’t resistance prove the Deep State have something to hide?

All I’m seeing is that Trump and his team are serious about exposing the Epstein situation, and they have an action plan to release it to the public. You’re welcome to criticize the plan, but at least there is a plan. If you don’t like the plan, then in 4 years, you run for President and win, then you can implement your plan. Until then, Trump is your President, and this is his plan, and we have no choice but to see how it plays out.

What I know for absolute certain, is that people whining on the internet will not change the pace or the outcome of the operation.

More logic. More observation. More analysis. Less emotion.

All very good points.

This is a dynamic war we're in.

Resistance means we're over the target, and it also means we've got the good guys finally on our side, not more deep state hacks.

You know who never faced any resistance or opposition?

Bill Barr.

James Comey.

Chris Wray.

Pam Bondi and Kash Patel might be a little behind the 8-ball as they are just coming into office and facing an entrenched Deep State, and they might have lost the battle today, but they're the right people to win this war.

Here was our original report:

"Phase 1" of Epstein Files Released -- Thousands More To Come

The Epstein Files have been released!

.....kind of.

I have to admit that I am not overly impressed at the way this is being handled, but I'm going to reserve judgment for the moment.

Today we received "Phase 1" of the Epstein Files with many more "Phases" and many thousands of more pages of documents to come.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn told is more earlier this morning:

So far, the files have been released via binders given to social media influencers like Emily Austin, DC_Draino, Chad Prather, Mike Cernovich and others:

It is unclear if the Phase 1 binder will also simply be uploaded somewhere online or why that did not occur in the first place.

It does seem rather odd to release copies to this intermediary group of "influencers".

Why?

Why not just post them?

It feels more like some strange photo-opp than true disclosure, but I'm trying to not be cynical.

Also, I think the vibe is all wrong, seeing these "influencers" holding up these binders like a trophy, smiling and laughing.

Folks, this is serious.

We want justice.

We want justice for the hundreds (or thousands) of children who were victims in this whole thing.

The vibe is just totally wrong and completely tone-deaf to be celebrating these things as if you just got some hunting trophy.

Meanwhile, Pam Bondi has made clear that New York is refusing to hand over thousands more documents and she is demanding their release:

We'll continue to bring you updates as we have them.

UPDATE:

New reports now say the DOJ will post Phase 1 of these Epstein Files online later today:

It is unclear why this was not simply done initially rather than doing the interim rollout to a small group of "influencers".
