As much as the mainstream media would prefer to ignore the two assassination attempts against President Donald Trump or even blame him for somehow stoking violent acts, the fact remains that he is living in constant danger.
But Trump recently made it clear that he is not only concerned about his own safety, but also worries about his family, friends, and ordinary Americans who support his campaign.
According to the Daily Wire:
Trump’s remarks to Fox News host Brian Kilmeade come after he was shot in the head in mid-July during a rally in Pennsylvania and he was nearly shot at again last weekend by a Democrat donor who was hiding on his golf course with a rifle.
“I do. I do,” Trump said when asked if he worried about his family’s safety. “I don’t talk about it, but I do. I have to worry about family. I have to worry about everybody. I worry about you.”
Trump said that the millions of illegal aliens that the Biden-Harris administration allowed into the U.S. have also made the country significantly more dangerous.
“Look, we’re under siege and no country has ever suffered like we have for the last three-and-a-half, almost four years,” Trump said. “When they allow millions of people to come into our country, from prisons, right? From prisons. And terrorists, and people from mental institutions, and they take over our parks. Look at New York – you can’t play Little League baseball anymore.”
The threats faced by Trump and a rise in political violence in general has fueled significant social media discussion:
I asked college kids if they support Trump after his 2nd assassination attempt. These answers will shock you.

You can say what you want about Trump, but you cannot say he doesn’t care.
He’s a billionaire and could be spending his days at home with his supermodel wife at his estate.
Instead, he is fending off assassination attempts and taking on the corrupt establishment.

It's not just about Trump, either. Violence against Trump supporters is a regular thing now.

Trump has blamed the heated rhetoric used against him for creating the current political atmosphere.
As The Hill reported:
Trump spoke to Fox News Digital one day after law enforcement arrested Ryan Wesley Routh, who authorities said pointed a gun through a fence near the Florida golf course where Trump was playing Sunday.
“He believed the rhetoric of Biden and Harris, and he acted on it,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “Their rhetoric is causing me to be shot at, when I am the one who is going to save the country, and they are the ones that are destroying the country — both from the inside and out.”
“They do it with a combination of rhetoric and lawsuits they wrap me up in,” Trump added. “These are the things that dangerous fools, like the shooter, listen to. That is the rhetoric they listen to, and the same with the first one.”
Sunday’s incident took place about two months after a gunman opened fire on Trump during a rally in Pennsylvania, striking the ex-president in the ear and killing one man in the audience.
The former president sought to turn the criticism around on Biden and Harris on Monday, claiming they “want to destroy our country.”
“It is called the enemy from within. They are the real threat,” Trump said.
Here’s a clip of Trump discussing his concerns in an interview with Fox News Channel’s Brian Kilmeade:
