BLOCKED: Supreme Court Rejects Biden’s Title IX Push to Allow Men in Women’s Spaces

Wow! The Supreme Court voted 5-4 on Friday to reject a request from the Biden administration.

The request sought to enforce parts of a Title IX rule that would allow biological males access to women’s spaces such as bathrooms and locker rooms. It would also allow them to compete in women’s sports.

According to Fox News:

The request would have permitted biological men in women’s bathrooms, locker rooms and dorms in 10 states where there are state-level and local-level rules in place to prevent it.

The sweeping rule was issued in April and clarified that Title IX’s ban on “sex” discrimination in schools covers discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation and “pregnancy or related conditions.”

The rule took effect Aug. 1, and, for the first time, the law stated that discrimination based on sex includes conduct related to a person’s gender identity.

As a parent, I’m very much against men having access to women’s bathrooms and competing in women’s sports. It’s angering.

How is this safe for our children? How is this good for women?

Kudos to the Supreme Court for ruling in favor of keeping boys out of the girls’ bathrooms.

Yes, it is a big win!

Did you see that so-called conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch joined the liberals on this one? Yikes.

USA Today shares:

Five of the court’s conservative justices sided with the states and Justice Neil Gorsuch joined the court’s three liberals in dissenting.

The majority said the administration had not shown that the provisions being challenged could be easily separated from the rest of the requirements.

Writing for the minority, Justice Sonia Sotomayor said it’s the states that failed to explain why blocking enforcement of the entire update is necessary.

The Biden administration, in April, finalized sweeping changes to the rules including stating that Title IX protects LGBTQ+ students.

Do you remember Riley Gaines? Gaines is a former competitive swimmer known for her strong advocacy in defense of women’s sports. She became widely recognized after criticizing the NCAA’s decision to allow transgender swimmer Lia Thomas to compete in women’s events.

While celebrating today’s victory, she reminds us it’s not over.

Hear Gaines share more about her concerns with Biden’s proposed updates to Title IX here:

And yes, while it’s not over, today’s win was a good moment for the Supreme Court and women across the United States.

Unfortunately, the mainstream media is covering this story with a clear bias against conservative thought. They’re telling on themselves with phrasing such as “Temporarily Rejects,” “Won’t Protect Transgenders,” and “…In Red States.”

In my opinion, it’s a clear agenda against the right and for the left.
