This should immediately disqualify this entire classified documents charade and all other pending litigation against former President Trump.
Newly released documents have revealed that the 45th President was essentially set up by the General Services Administration (GSA) right after he left office.
According to emails included in the latest document dump, GSA shipped President Trump several pallets of classified documents to his Mar-a-Lago home in 2021.
The General Services Administration is the government bureaucracy that allows outgoing Presidential administrations and incoming administrations to execute a seamless transition of power.
Knowing this, it is nearly impossible to conclude that Joe Biden and his cronies in the deep state didn’t plant a Trojan Horse for the outgoing Trump administration.

So an entire pallet full of boxes that had been held by GSA somewhere outside of DC is dumped at Mar-a-Lago. Apparently these are the boxes that ended up containing papers with "classified markings."

The Federalist reached out to NARA to demand answers, this was NARA’s response:
The Federalist asked NARA whether the pallets shipped by GSA included the documents that were later confiscated by Smith’s team during their raid of Mar-a-Lago, and NARA’s media staff responded that the agency had “no awareness about the contents of the materials on the pallets and had no involvement in the move project that is referenced in the GSA emails.”
Investigative journalist and court reporter Julie Kelly provided the corresponding documents and concluded:
“This is an absolutely critical element of the “classified docs” case that Jack Smith never mentioned in his indictment and received only scant media attention.
GSA worked with Trump’s transition team before and after he left office. GSA stored massive amounts of records in boxes then informed transition team the boxes needed to be moved.
6 pallets of boxes were transported to Florida in August 2021–2 pallets went to Mar-a-Lago and 4 went to a storage facility in Palm Beach.
There is no question many of these boxes ended up in the MAL storage room.
And keep in mind NARA was harassing Trump throughout 2021 for what they insisted were government records apparently WITHOUT contacting GSA to search dozens of boxes in their possession.”

Previously CNN attempted to downplay these claims that are now corroborated by documented evidence:
The email exchange between GSA officials and Harrison is one of more than 100 pages of emails and documents newly released by the GSA that debunk claims from Trump and his allies that the government agency is to blame for packing the boxes containing classified documents that were later recovered by the FBI during the search of his Mar-a-Lago resort in August.
