This is it folks—definitive proof of collusion between the Executive Branch and deep state bureaucrats to bring a sham case against President Trump.
Newly redacted documents, made possible by Judge Aileen Cannon, show that the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) were working together from the start.
According to the documents, NARA began working with Joe Biden’s administration “almost as soon as President Trump left office.”

One email from NARA’s general counsel to the national archivist discussed drafting a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland concerning “missing Trump records.”
The Sept. 1, 2021, email revealed that NARA’s general counsel, Gary Stern, had been in touch with both the DOJ and the Biden White House “about this issue.”
A subsequent email on Sept. 30, 2021, reveals that the White House counsel’s office “is now ready to set up a call to discuss the Trump boxes.”
The documents also revealed that the Department of Energy quietly and retroactively terminated President Trump’s security clearance.

The judge overseeing Donald Trump’s classified documents trial has ordered the public release of a grand-jury testimony by one of the former president’s co-defendants.
In her ruling, Cannon ordered that the transcript be redacted to remove references that could identify witnesses in the trial.
