Jack Smith’s sham case is falling apart at the seams, and every day that draws closer to the 2024 election further endangers his case.
The special prosecutor has argued that he is subservient to the Attorney General, which raises some interesting points.
First, Jack Smith is not independent and is beholden to Attorney General Merrick Garland. This means that there is clear collusion between Biden’s DOJ and Smith—how is that not election interference?
Secondly, this just opens the door for Smith’s removal and the end of his case once President Trump retakes the White House following the 2024 election.
Moreover, Smith is now outright bickering with Judge Aileen Cannon. That is not advisable for any attorney, defense, or prosecution if they want to get their way.
Take a look at the latest updates regarding Smith’s sham case, do you believe the case is on its last legs and crumbling? Read on and let us know:

👉That is your problem
“Remember, a couple of days ago Jack Smith filed a scorched-earth filing in this case saying, Wait a minute, Judge Cannon, you’re proposing to give two jury instructions and those jury instructions… pic.twitter.com/F9YpADN9na

Left-wing outlet Newsweek noted:
In his latest filing in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case, Smith writes that the special counsel is not independent and is “inferior” to the attorney general, who can remove him or overrule any of his decisions.
That lays the legal groundwork for Trump to appoint a favorable attorney general if elected for a second term in November.
Former U.S. attorney and legal expert Brett L. Tolman remarked: “This captures perfectly the arrogance of DOJ. They’ve become so accustomed to getting their way in court that they cannot handle it when they don’t.”

The Epoch Times featured this statement from attorney Alan Dershowitz:
“The Trump people are being accused of trying to delay the trial.
That’s nonsense, it’s the prosecution that’s trying to rush the trial.
Jack Smith said the people of the United States are entitled to a guilty verdict before they decide who to vote for. That’s actually an admission of election interference.”
