Another Actor Joins The “27 Club”

There’s been a club in Hollywood for some time involving the number 27, and it’s not a good club.

It involves those that died at the age of 27.

It’s members include famous actors and musicians.

Here’s a few to date:

  1. Heath Ledger, from Joker fame on the film The Dark Knight.
  2. Jimi Hendrix, musician.
  3. Jim Morrison, lead vocalist of The Doors.
  4. Janis Joplin, singer-songwriter
  5. Kurt Cobain, lead vocalist and guitarist of Nirvana.
  6. Amy Winehouse, British singer-songwriter.
  7. Anton Yelchin, starred in Terminator Salvation.
  8. Jonathan Brandis, a teen heartthrob from the early 90’s.
  9. Brad Renfro, who was in The Client.

New York Post reports:

The body of actor Cole Brings Plenty — who appeared in the “Yellowstone” spinoff “1923″ — was discovered Friday after he was reported missing following a domestic violence dispute.

Cole, 27, was found dead in a “wooded area” near the city of Edgerton, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said.

Cops were responding to an unoccupied car when they found his body nearby.

Authorities had been on the hunt for the actor since Sunday.

In a police report of the alleged domestic violence incident obtained by The Post, Cole was cited for several offenses: “aggravated domestic battery; choke in rude manner; family member/dating relationship” and “aggravated burglary; dwelling for felony, theft, domestic violence, or sexually motivated crime.”

His family reported him missing, and his manager claimed he had no idea where Cole had disappeared to — but emphasized there was no “concrete evidence” he was on the run.

The actor — whose uncle is “Yellowstone” star Mo Brings Plenty — didn’t show up to an audition on an upcoming film project over Zoom on Monday morning.

Here’s the trailer for the popular show he was on:
