President Trump just broke ALL records for single-event campaign fundraisers.
This evening, a private dinner full of billionaires was held for President Trump at John Paulson’s Palm Beach mansion, near Mar-a-Lago.
The dinner raised a whopping $50.5 MILLION for Trump’s 2024 campaign.

AP News reported on Trump’s record-breaking dinner:
Donald Trump’s campaign said it raised $50.5 million on Saturday, a staggering reported haul as his campaign works to catch up to the fundraising juggernaut of President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party.
The reported haul from the event with major donors at the Palm Beach, Florida, home of billionaire investor John Paulson sets a new single-event fundraising record and is almost double the $26 million that Biden’s campaign said it raised recently at a gathering with former Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
Saturday’s event, billed as the “Inaugural Leadership Dinner,” sends a signal of a resurgence of Trump and the Republican Party’s fundraising, which has lagged behind Biden and the Democrats.
Trump boasted about his evening with wealthy donors in a post on his social media network a few hours before he arrived at the event with his wife Melania Trump: “Biggest night in Fund Raising of ALL TIME!!!Will double up the Biden number of last week at Radio City. People are desperate for change. They want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Trump and the GOP announced earlier in the week that they raised more than $65.6 million in March and closed out the month with $93.1 million. Biden and the Democrats announced Saturday that they took in more than $90 million last month and had $192 million-plus on hand.
President Trump’s enormous $50.5M haul more than DOUBLES the previous record of $25 million set by Joe Biden at his Radio City event on March 28.

The New York Post commented on Biden’s response:
President Biden taunted former president Donald Trump Saturday for his evening high-dollar fundraiser — dissing the “bunch of hedge fund billionaires” who were gathering in Florida to support him.
“This campaign is Scranton versus Palm Beach,” Biden said in a video posted to X.
“Folks, you know Trump is down in Florida today raising money from a bunch of hedge fund billionaires who want him to cut Social Security and Medicare and their taxes,” he claimed in the 54-second clip.
Trump’s swanky soiree, hosted by hedge funder John Paulson at his $110 million Palm Beach mansion, attracted a host of prominent Republicans who paid between $250,000 and $814,000 for entry.
