VIDEO: Did Joe Biden Just Tell Diners In Detroit To “Vote Trump”?

Earlier today, Joe Biden traveled to Detroit, MI for a campaign stop.

Biden is scheduled to deliver a speech at an event put on by the United Auto Workers Union, who endorsed his 2024 presidential bid last week.

Upon arrival, Biden visited the black-owned They Say Restaurant in Harper Woods.

Biden awkwardly shuffled around the restaurant, attempting to converse with diners, who largely seemed uninterested in his presence or what he had to say.

Here’s a clip from Biden’s restaurant stop:

At one point, Biden told a diner something that has social media users speculating.

Watch and listen to what Biden tells the diner in this clip for yourself:

What did you hear?

“Don’t Jump”?

Or, “Vote Trump”?

“Donald Trump” perhaps?

Or something else?

Detroit News reported on Biden’s visit to the Michigan restaurant:

Earlier Thursday, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist, Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel and United Auto Workers President Shawn Fain greeted Biden on the tarmac at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Harrison Township. U.S. Rep. Debbie Dingell, and Sens. Debbie Stabenow and Gary Peters also arrived on Air Force One with Biden.

The president’s caravan first went to They Say Restaurant, a Black-owned sports bar on Vernier Road in Harper Woods.

Ivery Toussant Jr., a Harper Woods City Council member, joked Biden’s visit was going to put the suburban enclave of 15,000 residents on the map.

“We’re all going to vote for him,” Toussant said.

Regina Williams, a Harper Woods City Council member who was at They Say on Thursday, described the city as a “small community.”

“We’re really honored,” Williams said of Biden’s visit.

Prior to the visit, the Biden campaign said the trip to Michigan would include “an informal conversation with rank-and-file union workers about the issues they and their communities care most about in the upcoming election.”

The Michigan Chronicle also commented:

President Joe Biden’s visit to Detroit was a calculated move to rekindle connections and bolster standing among Black voters as Michigan’s 2024 primaries inch closer, with February 27th marked as a critical date. Michigan, known for its significant Black electorate, is a battleground state where Biden’s efforts are more crucial than ever.

On Thursday, Biden landed in Michigan, not just for a brief visit but as part of a deliberate campaign to turn the tide in his favor. Despite his administration’s focus on policies that ostensibly benefit Black Americans, polling figures have yet to mirror this commitment, showing a dip in his popularity among these voters over the last six months.

Biden’s engagement was hands-on as he navigated the lively scene at They Say, a Black-owned bar and restaurant in Harper Woods. Spending around 20 minutes mingling, he moved from booth to booth and conversed with patrons at the bar, sharing moments, taking photos, and even participating in a FaceTime call with someone on a customer’s phone. His interactions were personal and direct, though kept out of earshot from the media, showcasing a side of Biden keen on making genuine connections.

What do you think?

Are Biden’s blunders escalating to the point that he is now campaigning for Trump?
