World Economic Forum And World Health Organization Prepare To Discuss “Disease X” At Upcoming Summit

The World Economic Forum (WEF) and World Health Organization (WHO) will join forces next week at the annual Davos summit to discuss a hypothetical future ‘pandemic’ 20 times more fatal than COVID-19.

“With fresh warnings from the World Health Organization that an unknown ‘Disease X’ could result in 20 times more fatalities than the coronavirus pandemic, what novel efforts are needed to prepare healthcare systems for the multiple challenges ahead?” the WEF wrote.

The list of speakers for the session on “Disease X” will include:

  • Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of WHO
  • Shyam Bishen, Head of the Centre for Health and Healthcare at WEF
  • Roy Jakobs, CEO of Royal Philips
  • Preetha Reddy, Executive Vice-Chairperson of Apollo Hospitals
  • Nisia Trindade Lima, Minister of Health, Brazil
  • Michel Demaré, Chair of the Board, AstraZeneca
  • Jamil Edmond Anderlini, Editor-in-Chief, Europe, Politico

BBC News previously reported on a high-security research facility working to develop a vaccine for “Disease X.”

Per BBC News:

One of the UK’s most secretive centres of scientific research – Porton Down – is aiming to stop the next pandemic “in its tracks”.

Located in the Wiltshire countryside near Salisbury, UK, the new facility is one of the few places in the world equipped to research some of the most dangerous viruses and bacteria.

The new vaccine research centre is concentrating on three main things: known infections that are getting harder to deal with, like antibiotic-resistant superbugs, potential threats like new Covid variants and “Disease X” – something unforeseen that takes the world by surprise.

“From the same people who brought you COVID-19 now comes Disease X: Next week in Davos, the unelected globalists at the World Economic Forum will hold a panel on a future pandemic 20x deadlier than COVID starring the head of the WHO (which is essentially controlled by the Chinese Communist Party) and the Chair of the Board of AstraZeneca. I guess they figured Bill Gates on the panel would be too obvious. Just in time for the election, a new contagion to allow them to implement a new WHO treaty, lock down again, restrict free speech and destroy more freedoms. Sound far-fetched? So did what happened in 2020. When your enemies tell you what they’re planning and what they’re planning FOR, believe them. And get ready,” former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Monica Crowley wrote.

“It is quite literally insane what these people are doing. They creating these scenarios. And they don’t even hide it. Is this ok with you? These people weren’t elected by ANYONE. They are ‘scratch-each-other’s-backs-billionaires’ and you don’t have to be bright to be rich,” Jessica Rose commented.

Unsurprisingly, mainstream media has already targeted ‘right-wing circles’ for expressing concerns about the WEF’s agenda to discuss “Disease X.”

From Forbes:

With less than a week until the World Economic Forum discusses potential preparations for a hypothetical disease far deadlier than Covid-19 named “Disease X,” mention of the illness have sparked a firestorm on social media, with right-wing accounts slamming the plans surrounding the hypothetical situation.

The World Economic Forum is slated to hold a meeting called “Preparing for Disease X” on Wednesday, where a panel of international speakers, including from the World Health Organization, pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca and conglomerate Philips, will discuss which “novel efforts are needed to prepare healthcare systems for the multiple challenges ahead.”

Disease X, a hypothetical unknown threat, is the name used among scientists to encourage the development of countermeasures, including vaccines and tests, to deploy in the case of a future outbreak—the WHO convened a group of over 300 scientists in November 2022 to study the “unknown pathogen that could cause a serious international epidemic,” positing a mortality rate 20 times that of Covid-19.

News of the World Economic Forum meeting, however, spiraled into a heated debate on social media Thursday, with right-wing users warning preparations for the unknown disease could parallel the types of shutdown measures put in place during the Covid-19 pandemic, a major criticism in right-wing circles, with some users drawing similarities to a baseless theory that Covid was planned.

Monica Crowley, a former Fox News contributor and assistant secretary for public affairs to the Treasury Department during the Trump administration, argued in a tweet that a new contagion would allow world leaders to implement lockdowns, “restrict free speech and destroy more freedoms,” appearing to reiterate a baseless theory that Microsoft founder Bill Gates schemed to control recipients of the Covid vaccine with a microchip.
