HUGE WIN: President Trump Secures Endorsement From House Majority Leader

President Trump just secured a massive win for his 2024 presidential campaign.

Amid more leftist crooks attempting to keep President Trump off the ballot, President Trump just scored the endorsement of House Majority Leader Steve Scalise.

Fox News Digital has learned that House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., is endorsing Trump, the leading GOP candidate, for president.

“When Donald Trump was President, American workers and families were thriving,” Scalise said in a statement obtained by Fox News Digital.

“The economy was strong and interest rates were low — grocery costs were affordable, and families could afford to buy a house and provide for their children,” Scalise continued. “The border was secure and crime was down. America had secure energy policies, keeping gas and utility prices low.”

Scalise said President Biden “has driven our country into chaos with skyrocketing costs, and hardworking taxpayers are the ones paying the price,” and that under his administration, “gas prices more than doubled, housing affordability reached all-time lows, mortgage rates doubled, inflation hit the highest level in 40 years, and interest rates are at the highest level in 22 years.”

“Hardworking Americans are fed up — consumer sentiment fell to its lowest level ever under President Biden,” Scalise said.

Many Republicans seemed hesitant to support President Trump in his bid for office.

Now that we are closing in on campaign season, it is becoming painfully apparent to them that President Trump deserves to become the Republican nominee.

“I am proud to endorse Donald Trump for president in 2024, and I look forward to working with President Trump and a Republican House and Senate to fight for those families who are struggling under the weight of Biden’s failed policies,” the Louisiana congressman added.

He further cited what the former president did for the economy, as well as his foreign policy record and policies regarding the southern border. Scalise compared those to Biden’s record on the same matters, claiming in the comparison that Trump made the United States stronger.

Trump has the endorsement of three of the top four House Republicans. Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) endorsed earlier in the primary season.

While leading his opponents overwhelmingly in the polls, Trump also leads them in terms of endorsements, boasting more than 100 supporters in the House and Senate. Scalise’s endorsement marks the 94th from a member of the House.

It is baffling that the other Republican presidential candidates are still holding out for the primaries.

There is no other explanation other than hoping that the radical left is successful in removing President Trump from the ballot.
