WATCH: James O’Keefe EXPOSES IBM, Tech Giant Now Facing Lawsuit

James O’Keefe has exposed IBM’s woke hiring practices and now the tech giant is in the hot seat.

The information technology company has reportedly been engaging in racial-based hiring practices in an effort to meet diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.

IBM’s CEO Arvind Krishna reportedly threatened employees through the carrot-and-stick approach by telling them that their bonus payments would either grow or see a cut depending on how they met these race-based quotas.

DEI objectives are reportedly part of the broader framework of ESG investing pushed by financial giants such as BlackRock. On Monday, James O’Keefe released this leaked video of the IBM CEO on a call:

“CEO of IBM Arvind Krishna admits to using coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process.

“You got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus,” Krishna said about hiring Hispanics, “and by the way, if you lose, you lose part of your bonus.”

After pulling ads from X for ‘racism,’ IBM chief Arvind Krishna says he will fire, demote, or strip bonuses from execs who don’t hire enough blacks, Hispanics — or hire too many Asians

“Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America…I’m not going to finesse this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent,” says Krishna.

Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, says in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people because they weren’t willing to engage in racial discrimination through hiring and promotion.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act makes it illegal for employers to discriminate on the basis of race in the workplace.”

Washington Examiner quoted the IBM CEO:

“You got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus, and by the way, if you lose, you lose part of your bonus,” Krishna said in the video about hiring Latinos.

Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America. … I’m not going to finesse this. For blacks, we should try to get towards 13%.”

In response to the recent report from the O’Keefe Media Group, America First Legal announced: “We filed a federal civil rights complaint against IBM for racially discriminating against white and Asian Americans and promising to fire, demote, or deny bonuses to corporate executives who fail to meet their illegal race and sex-based hiring quotas.”

Bloomberg Law explained:

AFL requested that the EEOC use its discretionary powers to file a “commissioner charge” against IBM and Red Hat.

Such charges can be filed by any of the five members of the agency’s leadership panel and don’t require employees or applicants to submit a discrimination charge to the agency.
