President Trump has once again suffered a blow to his constitutional rights.
According to reports, a New York appeals court has reinstated the gag order against President Trump as part of his New York City tax case.
However, a cursory glance at his Truth Social account shows that he doesn’t care much for the gag order and will continue to say whatever he pleases.
To that I say good! We all have a duty to break unjust laws and what the tyrants in the injustice system are upholding is pure injustice.
How can someone be put on trial, a very high-profile trial, and not be allowed to speak? I would never impose such restrictions even upon my worst enemies. Here’s what everyone is saying about the unconstitutional gag order:

Remember that although Trump’s gag order in New York has been reinstated, it’s still limited only to Judge Engoron’s court staff. There is no gag order against verbal attacks on the Judge or government attorneys.

Left-wing NBC News confirmed:
State court officials had argued the gag order was necessary because of the “deluge” of threats directed at the clerk after Trump had blasted her on social media.
Trump renewed his attacks on the clerk after a judge from the state Appellate Division issued a temporary stay of the order earlier this month.
The ruling Thursday by a four-judge panel rejected Trump’s appeal and reinstated the orders against Trump and his lawyers, who’d repeatedly complained about the clerk in court.

According to CNN:
During a break in the trial Thursday morning, Engoron announced the appeals court ruling reinstating the gag order.
“I intend to enforce the gag orders rigorously and vigorously.
I want to make sure that counsel informs their clients of the fact that the stay was vacated,” the judge said.
“It is a tragic day for the rule of law, but we’re aware,” Trump’s attorney Chris Kise said.
“It is what it is,” Engoron responded.
