President Trump just scored yet another major legal victory!

Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. recently tossed a lawsuit from John Anthony Castro, a man no one has ever heard of, who is reportedly a contender for the 2024 GOP nomination.

The lawsuit alleged that President Trump was ineligible to run because of his purported ‘role’ in the January 6th protests.

These people need to give it a rest! We all know that the 45th President had nothing to do with these protests and told people to remain peaceful and eventually return home.

Numerous requests for extra security were denied on that day by none other than Nancy Pelosi.

Moreover, scores of FBI informants and undercover agents were present in the crowd that day acting as agent provocateurs. No insurrection even occurred, a protest turned rowdy, yet no insurrection happened.

Chuck Callesto shared this statement from Trump spokesman Steven Cheung:

“The American People have the unassailable right to vote for the candidate of their choosing at the ballot box, something the Democrats and their allies driving these cases clearly disagree with.

President Trump believes the American voters, not the courts, should decide who wins next year’s elections and we urge a swift dismissal of all such remaining bogus ballot challenges.”

This failed lawsuit wasn’t the only legal challenge Castro filed against Trump, according to Newsweek:

After Castro’s lawsuit in New Hampshire was dismissed last month, the candidate told The Boston Globe that his legal strategy was “all going as planned.”

Castro has filed dozens of 14th Amendment lawsuits against Trump throughout the country, with many of the cases yet to be decided.

In the Colorado case, Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace ruled earlier this month that Trump did engage in an insurrection but found that the 14th Amendment does not apply to presidents.

The Trump campaign issued this official statement in response to his legal victory in the state of Rhode Island and the right to stay on the ballot in Rhode Island.

Daily Caller outlined more of Castro’s failed lawsuit attempts:

The Supreme Court declined in October to hear Castro’s appeal in his case filed in Florida. The First Circuit Court of Appeals found last week that Castro lacked standing to bring his New Hampshire lawsuit.
