Three Students Stabbed At Los Angeles High School – Attacker On The Run

Three students were stabbed at a Los Angeles high school on the morning of November 1st.

Following the stabbing, the school went on a lockdown while authorities looked for the attacker.

As of now, it is believed that the attack is still at large.

The Associated Press has more on the story:

Three students were found stabbed inside a Los Angeles high school Wednesday morning and the suspect remained on the loose, authorities said.

The stabbings were reported shortly before 11 a.m. and prompted a lockdown at Van Nuys High School in the city’s San Fernando Valley, authorities said. At least one student was taken to the hospital by paramedics.

As far as current information goes, none of the students have any life-threatening injuries.

NBC Los Angeles covers more on the story:

The fight involving 11 students and stabbing were reported in the quad area of the campus. All of the injured victims were teen boys under 18, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

LAUSD Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho said one student used some type of weapon to stab two other students. Details about the weapon were not immediately available.

Two other students also were injured. One was hospitalized with injuries suffered during the brawl. The other was treated at the campus.

None of the injuries are considered life threatening.

They’re very lucky to have no life-threatening injuries.

However, it leaves you to wonder what this fight was about.

And how did it escalate so severely that it resulted in three students being stabbed?
