WATCH: President Trump Releases 9/11 Message

Depending on how you look at it, today marks the day terrorists or our own government killed thousands of American citizens on American soil.

The official narrative says that disgruntled men from the Middle East hijacked planes and flew them into the World Trade Center thereby causing a collapse of the towers.

Reality says that jet fuel doesn’t burn at a high enough temperature to melt steel.

22 years later the American public still does not have answers regarding the events that unfolded on September 11, 2001. If anything, there are now more questions than answers.

Over the last 22 years, faith and confidence in government and institutions have plummeted into single-digit territory.

If the majority of Americans believed the initial narrative 22 years ago, the same proportion now believes that the government had a hand in the 9/11 attacks.

WLTR has covered the topic many times, though this will not be the focus of this article.

President Trump was at the site of the 9/11 disaster in downtown Manhattan directly following the tragic events of that day.

At the time he was merely a businessman concerned for the city and the country that he loved and everyone loved him for it—I know, I grew up in New York and remember the atmosphere at the time.

Today, President Trump issued a statement in memorial of those who were slain during the 2001 attacks:

President Trump previously stated:“Nobody has gotten to the bottom of 9/11 unfortunately – and they should have, as to the maniacs that did that horrible thing to our city, to our country, to the world. So nobody’s really been there.”

According to CNN:

More than 71,000 people are currently enrolled in the World Trade Center Health Registry, a long-term study seeking to understand the physical and mental health effects of the terror attacks.

“I’ve got 100 men from my company down here digging out. They’re doing an amazing job. They’re brave guys, I just want to spur them on,” President Trump said on the day of the disaster.

One MAGA patriot had this to say: “I love this picture of PRESIDENT Trump in Manhattan after 9/11. Today is the anniversary and Joe Biden isn’t even in the COUNTRY! Another reminder that LEADERS always LEAD & FAILURES continue to FAIL.”

Fox News reports that Biden is nowhere to be found on the anniversary of 9/11:

“It’s no surprise to me that he’s not coming to Ground Zero or any of the 9/11 sites,” Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Donald Arias, who lost his brother Adam during the attacks, told “Fox & Friends First” Monday.

“And quite frankly, I prefer he stay away anyway.

We will be spared one of his stories of how he can relate, like he did with the people of Lahaina, how he can relate because of a kitchen fire. We can do without that.”
