President Trump Speaks on Threats of Assassination – “These People Are Savage Animals”

Tucker Carlson interviewed President Trump on his Twitter podcast yesterday.

The interview has garnered more than 200 million watchers.

Towering over the GOP presidential debate by a long shot.

Maybe one of the most interesting moments of the interview was when Tucker started talking about the escalating moves that Democrats are taking against President Trump.

Watch the video right below:

Here is the full question that Tucker asks President Trump,

“If the protests didn’t work, you got elected anyway.

If impeachment didn’t work… twice… obviously.

Indictment is not working.

Your poll numbers go up when they raided Mar-A-Lago in August of last year…

Your numbers went up.

They can indict you 20 times and you’re not gonna lose the Republican primary.”

Tucker shows the escalating actions that Democrats are taking to get rid of Trump.

Now that all of this isn’t working, Tucker asks,

“Are you worried they are going to try and kill you?

Why wouldn’t they try to kill you? honestly?”

Despite what Democrats would want you to believe.

President Trumps response is extremely level headed and rational.

He says that, “these people are savage animals.”

But he is not saying all Democrats.

These are the ones that are attacking him for no rational reason.

President Trump supports bot h Democrats and Republicans.

He is the President afterall.

Of course leftists are completely taking this statement out of context on Twitter:

Read this article from The Guardian:

Donald Trump has warned of a threat of conflict in the US after saying that he expects the Democrats to steal the 2024 election from him.

The former US president also suggested to Tucker Carlson, in a Twitter interview with the far-right former Fox News host staged to undermine the first Republican primary debate in Milwaukee, that he is concerned “the left” will try to kill him.

In a rambling interview, speckled with discussion of conspiracy theories from whether the billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in his jail cell to the role of federal agencies limiting the amount of water in washing machines, Trump took aim at critics on all sides in his traditional derisory fashion.

But the social media broadcast took a dark turn when, after discussion of the numerous criminal charges against Trump and divisions in the US, Carlson asked if he thinks the US is headed to “civil war” and “open conflict”.

Trump said he didn’t know but then added: “I can say this. There’s a level of passion that I’ve never seen, there’s a level of hatred that I’ve never seen, and that’s probably a bad combination.”

Carlson responded: “That is a bad combination.”

Earlier in the 46-minute interview broadcast on Twitter, Carlson asked Trump if he is concerned “the left”, after impeaching and then indicting him, would try to kill him.

“They’re savage animals. They are people that are sick, really sick,” Trump responded. “You have great people that are Democrats. Most of the people in our country are fantastic. And I’m representing everybody … But I’ve seen what they do.”

Carlson, who is engaged in a protracted dispute with his former network after being taken off air, launched the interview five minutes before the Republican debate aired on Fox. If that was an attempt to upstage both Trump’s rivals in the 2024 election and Carlson’s ex-employer, then it would appear to have been successful. The interview had more than 80m views on Twitter within two hours of being posted.

The articles title is, “‘They’re savage animals’: Trump attacks the left in Tucker Carlson Interview.”

Headlines are sensational, we all know this.

But to say that President Trump ATTACKS the left is just untrue.

President Trump defends himself from the 1% of crazy lunatics that try to cause harm to himself.

Let’s turn it over to Politico:

Carlson questioned Trump about the four indictments against him, asking: “Are you worried they’d try and kill you? Why wouldn’t they try and kill you, honestly?” (The people behind the legal proceedings against Trump have never indicated they support political violence.)

“They’re savage animals. They’re people that are sick,” Trump replied.

Carlson’s fourth question drifted away from the typical Republican primary issues, as he asked Trump how he thought Jeffrey Epstein, the financier accused of sex crimes, died. The interview also covered insults against the journalist Chris Wallace, the sale of the Panama Canal, and Trump’s deregulation of how much water can flow through showerheads.

Trump also reiterated false claims that the 2020 election was stolen and jabbed at Republican opponents Ron DeSantis, Asa Hutchinson and Chris Christie as well as President Joe Biden.

Trump had been signaling for months that he was unlikely to attend the debate, reasoning that he had little reason to appear on the same stage as opponents had a massive lead over in public polling. He also objected to Fox News, a once-friendly network that Trump has sparred with since leaving the White House.

Trump’s absence also robbed opponents — such as the lower-polling Christie, who has been harshly critical of the former president — of the opportunity to go after him in person.

“You’re leading people by 50 and 60 points, you say why would you be doing a debate? It’s actually not fair,” he said on Fox News in July. “Why would you let somebody that’s at zero or one or two or three be popping you with questions?”

These leftists are just dellusional:

I’ve said it before but Trump derangement syndrome is in full effect folks.

President Trump needs our support more than ever.
