Trump Team Already Firing Off Subpoenas!

We first reported to you yesterday that Jack Smith has bitten off more than he can chew….and made a fatal blunder.

That was the opinion of President Trump’s attorneys who told us Jack Smith just opened the door wide open for President Trump to relitigate the 2020 election.

And in typical Trump fashion, he is wasting NO time in getting started!

Actually, I have a theory about all of this that most of this is for optics.

I believe the Trump Team has had the evidence for a long time, since they captured it live in that SCIF during the night of the election.

But they needed a venue for it to come out in a way that would not freak people out and in a way that would wake up the normies.

And in a way that would not appear as though Trump were a dictator trying to stay in power.

This was that way.

That’s my theory at least, and so far it’s playing out to perfection.

And now the National Pulse is reporting that the Trump Team has already issued the first subpoenas:

Trump Subpoenas Unaired Tucker Interview with Ex Capitol Police Chief.

Former President Donald Trump has subpoenaed Fox News in an effort to attain an unaired interview with former U.S. Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund. The interview was originally intended to air as part of then-Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s investigation into Jan 6 and the more than 40,000 hours of footage he was granted access to. The National Pulse yesterday released parts of the interview, with further clips due on Thursday afternoon.

One item of particular interest to Donald Trump’s legal team is comments that Sund may have made to Carlson regarding the presence of federal agents in the crowd on Jan 6. In an interview with English comedian Russell Brand, Carlson stated that Sund believed federal agents were among the crowds protesting the 2020 Presidential election result:

“I never thought there was a false flag or anything like that. I’m not a conspiracist by temperament… And then I interviewed the chief of the Capitol Police, Steven Sund – in an interview that was never aired on Fox by the way. I was fired before it could air… He was the chief of the Capitol Police on January 6 and he said ‘Oh yeah the crowd was filled with Federal agents.’ He would know of course because he was in charge of security at the site. So the more time that has passed, now it has been two-and-a-half years, it becomes really obvious that core claims they made about January 6 were lies.”

That didn’t take long!

Trump Attorney: We’re Going To Relitigate Every Single Issue From The 2020 Election!

President Trump’s attorney John Lauro made a huge announcement when he joined Fox News Host Bret Baier recently to speak about Trump’s recent indictment by a DC grand jury.

Lauro stated “We now have the ability in this (J6) case to issue our own subpoenas and we will relitigate every single issue in the 2020 election in the context of this litigation.

Trump’s lawyer continued “It gives President Trump the opportunity to sue subpoena power.”

In response to the news, Fox News host Bret Baier downplayed the new revelation.

The indictment of President Trump yesterday by Special Prosecutor Jack Smith in Washington D.C. revolves heavily around the unproven assertion that the 2020 Election was legitimate, free from fraud and that President Trump “knowingly” asserted “baseless claims” of election fraud.

President Trump’s team was constricted immensely by a ridiculously narrow window of just a few weeks to compile data from an obfuscated election system that was bolstered by unprecedented COVID-19 mail-in balloting rules put in place. It was reminiscent of the Wild, Wild West. And still, cases were brought, and quickly dismissed, typically using procedural justifications such as “standing” or “laches” before any evidentiary hearings or discovery was permitted.

The Gateway Pundit has documented numerous examples of unresolved issues and concerns from USPS employees appearing to stuff piles of ballots into drop boxes in Michigan, to two 4am deliveries in the backdoor of the TCF Center in Detroit, more than 20,000 ballots delivered after the deadline in Maricopa County, the mysterious disappearance of Jesse Morgan’s USPS trailer that he claims contained around 250,000 filled out mail-in ballots transported from NJ to PA, and “erroneous code” being found on almost every Georgia county who’s system log files were analyzed. And that’s a few examples with many, many more documented.

Fox News had these details to add about Trump’s latest indictment:

Former President Trump was indicted Tuesday on charges stemming from Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

Trump was indicted on four federal charges out of the probe, including conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights.

Trump has been ordered to appear in federal court in Washington D.C. for his arraignment on Thursday, Aug. 3, at 4:00 p.m.

This is the second federal indictment the former president faces out of Smith’s investigation. Trump, who leads the 2024 GOP presidential primary field, has already pleaded not guilty to 37 counts related to his alleged improper retention of classified records from his presidency.

Dr. Halper-Hayes is a political strategist who was on the Trump Transition Team and who is a frequent guest on BBC, CNBC, CNN and Breitbart.

But it’s what she said on GBN that got my attention.

Listen carefully: Trump is about to play an ace card. I don’t think the two interviewing Jan Halper-Hayes understand the clever manueuvring of the Trump team.

He can subpoena and call witnesses. Its all about to all come out. “Trump has got the goods” He has the evidence of it all.

She goes on to talk about 2000 mules and the 60 court cases the media lies about that were rejected….

“There were 3… he won 2 & lost 1, 57 were never heard because they had no standing. Standing means the person bringing the case has to claim some kind of impact or injury….>>

I sit on a task force at the Department of Defense & they’ve got the goods. And Trump knew if he presented the evidence early of the goods early on, we’d have a Civil War & he felt that the people had to see how bad it could really get.”
