Vivek Ramaswamy Is Close To Passing DeSantis In Polls

Governor Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign has been declining ever since he decided to challenge Trump for the Republican presidential nomination.

A recent Echelon Insights poll, has revealed Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy is closing in on Ron DeSantis in the Republican presidential primary race.

The new Echelon poll shows President Trump as the front runner with a stellar 49%.

In second place is Governor Ron DeSantis with 16% but in third Vivek has climbed up 2% and is now polling at 10%.

Vivek is the only Republican presidential candidate to not take jabs at Trump and has been defended Trump on multiple occasions.

Take a look:

Check out what The Red State Observer reported:

Tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy is making significant strides in the race for the Republican presidential primary. Recent polls indicate that Ramaswamy is gaining popularity among voters and is closing in on Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, positioning himself for second place behind former President Donald Trump.

According to a recent Echelon Insights poll, Ramaswamy has improved his numbers by 2 percent, while DeSantis has experienced a 3 percent decline. Although Trump maintains a significant lead as the frontrunner for the Republican nomination in 2024, polling at an impressive 49 percent, DeSantis is now trailing with 16 percent. Ramaswamy is not far behind, capturing 10 percent of the support, a mere six-point difference from DeSantis.

Currently, these are the only three Republican candidates polling in double digits. Former Vice President Mike Pence and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley find themselves tied at five percent, while South Carolina Senator Tim Scott trails slightly with four percent support. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie polls at two percent, while North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez are tied at one percent, according to the poll results.

The survey, conducted between June 26 and 29, garnered responses from 1,020 voters and has a 3.9 percent margin of error.

The new poll also showed Trump passing Biden in Swing states.

Per Breitbart:

Former President Donald Trump is leading President Joe Biden in swing states, the latest Echelon Insights survey revealed.

The survey asked respondents who they would vote for if the presidential election were held today and gave the following choices: Trump, Biden, and third party candidate Cornel West.

In that matchup, Trump edges out Biden by one point, 43 percent to Biden’s 42 percent. West garners four percent support, and 11 percent remain unsure.

The survey also examined who is leading in battleground states and found Trump with an even greater lead, as 48 percent chose Trump. Biden fell eight points behind with 40 percent support. In other words, Trump’s battleground lead is well within the survey’s +/- 3.9 percent margin of error. West garners three percent in battleground states, and ten percent remain unsure.

I think Kari Lake is the front-runner, but Vivek is strong.
