WATCH: Ted Cruz Has Ominous Warning For President Trump…

The witch hunt appears to be heating up. …

According to Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), Merrick Garland will likely charge President Trump soon, but not for allegedly illegally holding classified documents.

Cruz claims that Garland will attempt to use ‘obstruction of justice’ in relation to the holding of the documents— Cruz went on to say that this is a “crime about a non-crime.”

Ted Cruz recently told audiences via Fox News:

Jason D. Meister shared a similar sentiment, Meister writes:

“Trump is trouncing DeSantis. Rasmussen, Emerson, Harvard-Harris, ABC Washington Post polls are all seeing the same thing. No candidate is getting a 30 to 45-point-swing. Team DeSantis is banking on Merrick Garland using lawfare to imprison Donald Trump. That’s literally their strategy.

DeSantis was fed bad polling data. He made poor decisions based on flawed assumptions and he’s going to pay the price for it.”

Trending Politics likewise sounded the alarm:

Since the discovery of classified documents at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, Attorney General Garland has fired off a flurry of subpoenas demanding the former president’s staff and associates testify about their involvement in removing documents from the White House during Trump’s final days in office.

Previous reports have confirmed Sen. Cruz’s suspicion that a criminal indictment of the former president is forthcoming.

Rep Jim Jordan points out: “President Trump did nothing wrong and his home was raided.”

“Rachael Rollins, a Biden appointed U.S. Attorney, lied to investigators and may have improperly sought to influence an election, but Merrick Garland refused to prosecute. Americans are tired of the double standard.”

Yesterday, President Trump posted this message to Truth Social.

In a related report, Conservative Brief had this to say:

In a letter Jordan sent this week, the Ohio Republican demanded that Merrick answer several questions regarding any FBI involvement.

It comes on the heels of a damning report from special counsel John Durham about the FBI’s unethical and improper targeting of Trump’s 2016 campaign, during which he was falsely accused of “colluding” with Russia, an allegation that Durham’s report said was fabricated by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Warning of “the institutional rot that pervades the FBI,” Jordan said he wants to know how many FBI agents are assisting special counsel Jack Smith, who is reportedly looking at the classified documents issue along with events surrounding the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol Building and Trump campaign activities surrounding the 2020 election.
