Fox News continues sliding in the cable news rating battle upon Tucker Carlson’s exit.
The departure of the nation’s most popular cable news commentator was immediately felt in Fox News’s ratings.
In fact, Tucker Carlson beat all cable news shows by himself in total viewers.
The news has gotten worse for Fox News.
The cable news network suffered a defeat to MSNBC on Monday.
MSNBC had more viewers than Fox News for the 25-54 age demographic and total viewers in the prime time slot.

MSNBC on Monday scored a win across prime time in both the key 25-54 age demographic and in total viewers.
Fox News brought in 1.598 million total viewers and 164,000 demo viewers, while MSNBC won with 1.693 million total viewers and 176,000 demo viewers. CNN landed in third place with 481,000 total viewers and 109,000 demo viewers.
The Rachel Maddow show led prime time with 2.2 million total viewers and was the third highest-rated show after Fox News’s The Five and Jesse Watters Tonight.
Fox News still won the day in total day viewers and in the demo.
While Fox News is now losing to MSNBC in prime time ratings, Tucker Carlson is receiving offers upwards of $100 million.
