WATCH: Lance Twiggs Testifies Tyler Robinson Acted “Erratically,” Regretted Killing Charlie Kirk

Accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing is now in its fourth day.

In court today, prosecutors played a recorded testimony from Robinson’s former roommate and ‘transgender lover’ Lance Twiggs.

In the video statement, Twiggs admitted that Tyler Robinson was acting “erratically” after he allegedly killed Charlie Kirk.

According to Twiggs, Robinson regretted assassinating Kirk.

Twiggs says Robinson broke down in tears and told him that he “wishes he hadn’t done it.”

Watch this clip from Twiggs’ testimony:

JUST IN: In a recording, Tyler Robinson’s trans lover, Lance Twiggs, says Robinson was acting “erratically” after allegedly killing Charlie Kirk.

In the bombshell video, Twiggs said Robinson told him that he “wishes he hadn’t done it.”

“I just asked him in person if what he said was true the night before, and he said it was… He started crying a little bit and said he wishes he hadn’t done it…”

“And then eventually [Robinson] said that he would talk to his parents or turn himself over.”

Keep in mind that everything Lance Twiggs had to say here was under oath.

He was also granted use immunity for his statements given to law enforcement.

Here’s a helpful breakdown of all the other key points from Lance Twiggs’ testimony:

  • Post-shooting confession/regret: Twiggs said that on Sept. 11 (day after Charlie Kirk’s shooting), Tyler Robinson told him what he had done the night before was true, then cried and said he “wishes he hadn’t done it.” Robinson was pacing erratically and said he planned to turn himself in.
  • Prior communications: Twiggs received texts, Discord messages, and a handwritten note from Robinson within days of the killing, in which Robinson allegedly confessed to targeting Kirk (e.g., “had enough of his hatred” and “had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk”).
  • Dremel/bullet request: About a month before the shooting, Robinson asked Twiggs for a Dremel tool, saying he wanted to engrave messages on bullets for a supposed family hunting trip.
  • Context on Robinson: Twiggs (Robinson’s roommate and former lover) said Robinson rarely spoke about LGBTQ+ issues or Charlie Kirk specifically; their political talks usually focused on Trump and current events.
  • Other details: Twiggs was granted limited immunity. He left the apartment after the conversation because Robinson said he would turn himself in.

In addition to Lance Twiggs’ sworn testimony, prosecutors presented never-before-seen photos of the alleged text messages between Robinson and Twiggs after the assassination.
