The second day of accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing brought some interesting information to light.
Apparently, DNA samples belonging to both Tyler Robinson and his transgender lover/roommate Lance Twiggs were discovered on two key pieces of evidence.
One of these samples was taken from a towel that Robinson allegedly wrapped a rifle in near the Utah Valley University campus after the shooting.
The other was taken from a screwdriver found on the rooftop near the spot where Robinson allegedly shot Kirk.
The New York Post reported:
Two experts, one from the state of Utah and another from the FBI, confirmed the lab report in a Provo courtroom during the second day of a hearing to determine if Robinson will stand trial.
Two samples of male DNA seemed to match both Robinson and Twiggs, 22, with a high degree of probability, according to the results.
Robinson’s defense grilled Amanda Bakker, an FBI DNA examiner, on the accuracy of the tests and the degradation of the samples.
Twiggs — who has not been accused of any wrongdoing — was Robinson’s roommate and lover in the town of St. George, located about three hours from Utah Valley University.
To be specific, 95% of the DNA found on the towel aligned with Tyler Robinson’s DNA profile, while only 5% belonged to Lance Twiggs.
The DNA samples found on the screwdriver matched 89% to Robinson and 11% to Twiggs.
Watch what FBI forensic examiner Amanda Bakker had to say about it during her testimony here:

“When I calculated the statistics, [Lance] Twiggs' DNA profile aligned with the 5% contributor and [Tyler] Robinson's DNA profile aligned better with the 95%.” pic.twitter.com/5KfCi719K2

Now, Tyler Robinson and Lance Twiggs did share a home together.
So, that could explain why some of Twiggs’ DNA was found on these items.
It could be nothing, at all.
But, many things are just not sitting right about this case.
Like, the way Lance Twiggs pretty much disappeared off the face of the earth for months after the shooting.
Or, those highly suspicious “love notes” that Robinson allegedly wrote to Twiggs for him to find.
The entire thing is quite bizarre, and this latest development is giving rise to a whole lot of speculation.
Take a look at some of these reactions from folks on X:
We all know he was involved.

Call me surprised! Not really. I wasn’t. I am sure he was involved.

Duh. I’ll never find it now and couldn’t confirm if it was real, but I saw footage of Tyler fleeing after the shooting in the same clothes he arrived in. The letter screamed an attempt to exonerate the other and take the fall for his gay furry lover.

Why are they still investigating this as a lone shooter? ” not conspiracy ” maybe there was a second shooter…

What are your thoughts on this case?
Do you believe that Twiggs could have been an accomplice?
