Hopefully this man will be deported again.
An illegal alien who has been deported from the United States twice, was arrested in Atlanta after flying a drone in restricted airspace during a FIFA event.
The man charged for flying the drone has since been identified as Lorenzo Rojas-Martinez.
Fox News reported more on the arrest of the illegal alien and provided a statement from Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Lauren Bis:
A twice-deported illegal immigrant with a long criminal history has been charged with flying a drone in restricted airspace in Atlanta during a FIFA Fan Festival, authorities said.
Lorenzo Rojas-Martinez was allegedly operating the unmanned drone on June 12 in restricted airspace near Centennial Olympic Park during the 2026 FIFA Fan Festival in Atlanta while standing in a nearby parking area and recording video of the event, federal prosecutors said.
He was taken into law enforcement custody after he was approached by FBI agents, who determined he was in the United States illegally after asking for his identification. He was turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) the next day.
“This criminal illegal alien dangerously flew a drone in restricted airspace near a FIFA event in Atlanta, Georgia,” said Acting Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Lauren Bis. “His lengthy criminal history includes drug trafficking, stolen property, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and driving under the influence. The Trump Administration will not allow illegal aliens to threaten the safety and security of the American people.”

The news of Lorenzo Rojas-Martinez’s arrest comes just nearly a week after the FBI thwarted a terror attack plot that involved drones with explosives being flown into buildings near the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House.
Yahoo News reported the ringleader of the attack was an illegal alien from Mexico:
Abraham Alvarez, identified in federal documents as the alleged “ringleader” of a plot to carry out a mass casualty event at the UFC White House event on June 14, is an illegal immigrant from Mexico who overstayed his visa, according to Homeland Security information first obtained by Fox News Digital.
Alvarez came to the United States as a child and was granted by the Obama administration in 2014 deportation relief through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Daca) program after he failed to leave the country when his B2 visa expired in 2001.
ADVERTISEMENTFive co-conspirators were arrested so far this month for allegedly planning with others to use drones equipped with explosives to force an evacuation from the White House event on Sunday and, in the ensuing chaos, a team of snipers was allegedly set to open fire on the crowds. Federal investigators claim Alvarez was responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the planned attack.
Court records ousted Alvarez as a foreign national considering he consented to a consular notification after his arrest this weekend, though the documents provided no information on his specific immigration status nor his country of origin.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer for Alvarez following the FBI’s arrest.
