White House DENIES Fake News of President Trump Firing Two Top Admin Officials

It seems like every day now, you have some fake news outlet claiming that a member of the Trump administration is planning to abandon his or her post.

Or, in this case, that President Trump is considering giving them the axe.

This time, rumors are swirling that President Trump is thinking about firing Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and CIA Director John Ratcliffe.

The latest bogus ‘report’ originated from Israeli news outlet ‘Israel Hayom,’ which cited anonymous ‘sources.’

Other media outlets were quick to jump on the story, without fact-checking.

For instance, here’s how The Mirror reported on it:

President Donald Trump is allegedly considering firing those staffers who opposed his signing a deal with Iran that would negate their ability to make nuclear weapons.

Sources close to the administration told Israel Hayom that some officials who could face the president’s wrath include Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CIA Director John Ratcliffe. “The debate has been settled. Anyone who opposed it could pay a personal price,” the source said.

However, one person who seems to be safe from Trump’s ire is Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who has been careful not to besmirch the president’s deal. The outlet reported several weeks ago that a tense conversation took place between Vice President JD Vance and Trump about the deal.

White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly was quick to shut down the baseless lies:

Another day, another fake news narrative flushed down the drain!

The media should really stop with these nonsense lies, which are obviously a pathetic attempt to divide members of the Trump administration ahead of a historic deal with Iran.

By the way, Hegseth recently spoke about the deal with CBS News.

Do you approve of the job that Pete Hegseth is doing as Secretary of War?
