The lunatic who brutally murdered young Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a light rail train in Charlotte, NC last year has been found unfit to stand trial — again.
Today, DeCarlos Brown Jr. went to federal court for a competency hearing.
He kept shouting at the judge, who ruled that Brown Jr. is too mentally incompetent for a trial to proceed, at this time.

Several months ago, Brown Jr. was already found incompetent to stand trail on the state’s case.
But now, he has also been found incompetent to stand trial on his federal charges, following a mental evaluation from the DOJ’s Bureau of Prisons in Chicago.
Brown Jr. will now spend four months getting medication and treatment at a federal mental health facility (paid for by taxpayers, by the way.)
If his mental competency is restored, then his case will proceed to trial — which could result in the death penalty.
NBC News reported further:
Medical and correctional staff members at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago examined Brown after a court ordered an evaluation to determine his competency in January, a judge said in a North Carolina court Tuesday. On April 14, it was concluded that he was not competent to stand trial but that his prognosis to be restored to competency through medication was good.
The judge ordered Tuesday that Brown be hospitalized and treated for four months, after which there will be another hearing to determine whether he is competent to stand trial. Brown will remain in custody, U.S. Attorney Russ Ferguson said.
If Brown’s competency does not improve enough for him to stand trial, he will not be released, because he would be “a serious risk” to others, the judge said.
During his hearing, Brown Jr. had crazy outbursts in court.
He continually ranted about “material in his body” and said he wanted to sue the FBI.

Decarlos Brown Jr., 35, ranted about having “material in his body” and experiencing a “body emergency” during the brief hearing at the federal courthouse in Charlotte, Queen City News reported.
He also shouted about wanting to press charges against the FBI and asked the judge whether he had reviewed his evaluation and a letter from his mother, the outlet reported.
This maniac also insisted on presenting a statement describing him “body emergency” delusions to the court.

An attorney for DeCarlos Brown says Brown insisted on providing this statement to the court.
“I would like to tell the court I have a body emergency. Someone has fill access to my body and they are controlling me wrongfully. And law enforcement refuses to investigate it. And it requires for an investigation. When describing the technology someone was using I was misdiagnosed with schizophrenia.”
At this time, Brown has been deemed incompetent to proceed in his federal trial. Attempts will now be made to restore capacity. He is charged with killing Iryna Zarutska on Charlotte’s light rail last year.
Coincidentally, this news comes on the same day that Karmelo Anthony was found guilty in the murder of Austin Metcalf.
But, unlike Karmelo Anthony who is likely headed to prison for a very long time, Decarlos Brown Jr. has escaped justice once again.

But if you’re name is Iryna Zarutska and you are stabbed in the neck and murdered on a train in North Carolina then you’re killer gets to have his trial postponed again because he acted out in court today and said he was having a “body emergency.”

Iryna and Austin.
They were both stabbed and murdered.
