President Trump: “I’m Hearing Iran Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is NOT Alive!”

Rumors have been circulating that Iran’s new “Supreme Leader” Mojtaba Khamenei is dead.

You know, the one that Iran couldn’t bring out in public, so they used a cardboard cutout instead:

Nobody has seen this guy since the war started.

He’s only released “written statements,” and there’s been no proof of life.

And now, today, President Trump just appeared to validate reports that Mojtaba Khamenei is no longer with us.

In an interview with NBC News, President Trump said that he is hearing that “he’s not alive.”

But, if he is still breathing, then President Trump has some advice — surrender!

Take a look:

BREAKING: President Trump says he’s hearing that Iran Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is DEAD, and that Iran desperately wants a ceasefire deal

“I’m hearing he’s not alive, and if he is, he should do something very smart for his country, and that’s surrender!”

“Iran wants to make a deal, and I don’t want to make it because the terms aren’t good enough yet,” Trump told NBC

On the Strait of Hormuz: “We’re going to be sweeping the strait very strongly, and we believe we’ll be joined by other countries who are somewhat impeded, and in some cases impeded from getting the oil.”

On Khamenei: “I don’t know if he’s even alive. So far, nobody’s been able to show him.”

47 is PRESSING HARD

Here’s more from the NBC News interview:

The president on Saturday questioned whether Iran’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is alive after Khamenei did not appear on camera to issue his first statement as Iran’s leader on Thursday.

In a written statement, Khamenei, the son of slain predecessor Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, vowed to keep blocking the Strait of Hormuz and attacking U.S. allies in the region.

“I don’t know if he’s even alive. So far, nobody’s been able to show him,” Trump said on the phone Saturday.

“I’m hearing he’s not alive, and if he is, he should do something very smart for his country, and that’s surrender,” Trump added, but called the news of his death “a rumor.”

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Friday said that the younger Khamenei was “wounded and likely disfigured” and called his written statement a “weak one.”

“Iran has plenty of cameras and plenty of voice recorders. Why a written statement? I think you know why. His father: dead; he’s scared, he’s injured, he’s on the run, and he lacks legitimacy,” Hegseth added.

Khamenei was named the new supreme leader earlier this week after the initial U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran killed his father a week earlier.

Trump declined to say whether there was one particular Iranian leader whom he would like to see take over as supreme leader, saying instead, “We have people that are living that would be great leaders for the future of the country.”

Asked whether he’s in touch with any of the potential leaders, the president said: “I don’t want to say that. I don’t want to put them in jeopardy.”

President Trump’s remarks come amid reports that, if not dead, Mojatba Khamenei is severely wounded and comatose in a hospital.

Per the Daily Mail:

Iran‘s new Supreme Leader is unaware of the ongoing war in the Middle East and does not know he is the Islamic Republic’s new leader, according to a new report.

Mojtaba Khamenei, 56, succeeded his father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, following his assassination on February 28.

He is reportedly in a coma at the Sina University Hospital in Tehran following an airstrike, according to a source in Tehran.

Due to his condition, he does not know of the ongoing war, the death of his family members, including his wife and son and of his own election as Supreme leader, the source said.

Mojtaba is also reportedly in intensive care and surrounded by security officials, while a large section of the hospital has been sealed off to guard Iran’s Supreme Leader.

It is unclear whether Mojtaba was injured in the same air strikes which killed his 86-year-old father.

A separate source told The Sun through secret messages sent to an exiled dissident based in London: ‘One or two of his legs have been cut off. His liver or stomach has also ruptured. He is apparently in a coma as well.’

The source, who does not want to be named out of fear for his life, said the new Supreme Leader is under the care of Mohammad Reza Zafarghandi, Iran’s Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education and one of the country’s top trauma surgeons.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth addressed this possibility recently.
