Pam Bondi Announces FEDERAL Charges Against Terrorists Who Tried to Bomb NYC Protest

Attorney General Pam Bondi just announced that the two Muslim terrorists who tried to bomb an anti-Islam protest in New York City over the weekend have been indicted by the DOJ.

This means that the two suspects — 18-year-old Emir Balat and 19-year-old Ibrahim Kayumi — will face federal charges, which the corrupt New York DAs can’t touch.

The Islamic terrorists are facing multiple charges, including use of a weapon of mass destruction and attempting to support ISIS.

This clip from Fox News dove deeper:

BREAKING: Attempted Muslim terrorists were just FEDERALLY INDICTED after trying to bomb anti-Islam protestors in NYC, AG Pam Bondi announces

GOOD! This means a leftist NY DA can NOT let them free.

New photos reveal the home-made bombs’ EXPLOSIVE COMPONENTS, filled with nuts and bolts.

Federal DOJ indicts them with:
– Attempted provision of material support and resources to a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization
– Use of a weapon of mass destruction
– Transportation of explosive materials
– Interstate transportation and receipt of explosives
– Unlawful possession of destructive devices

The teenage terrorists were very blatant about the motivation behind the attack.

Immediately after carrying it out, one of the men immediately pledged allegiance to ISIS:

BREAKING: Upon his arrest for throwing a BOMB at anti-Islam protestors in NYC, Emir Balat IMMEDIATELY pledged his allegiance to ISIS, saying:

“All praise is due to Allah lord of all worlds! I pledge my allegiance to the Islamic State. Die in your rage you kuffar!”

“This isn’t a religion that just stands when people talk about the blessed name of the prophet… We take action!”

This is per the federal indictment, citing NYPD bodycams.

But tell me more about how WHITE SUPREMACY is the biggest threat to the United States 🙄

They also told authorities that they were highly influenced and inspired by the ISIS terrorist organization.

USA Today reported:

Emir Balat, 18, and Ibrahim Kayumi, 19, of Pennsylvania, were indicted Monday, March 9, on federal charges of attempting to support ISIS and use of a weapon of mass destruction, records show.

Balat, a senior in high school, told investigators he wanted the attack to be “even bigger” than the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013 that killed three people and injured hundreds of others, an unsealed complaint says. Kayumi claimed to be affiliated with ISIS, according to federal charging documents.

The records were unsealed March 9, after New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the incident was being investigated as an “act of ISIS-inspired terrorism.”

Tisch said two improvised explosive devices, or IEDs, were lit outside Gracie Mansion on March 7 and a third suspicious device was found in a nearby vehicle. One of the devices, Tisch said, contained triacetone triperoxide or TATP, “a dangerous and highly volatile homemade explosive that has been used in IED attacks around the world.”

The devices were ignited as protesters and counterprotesters squared off during a rally organized and led by conservative influencer Jake Lang. The protest, titled “Stop the Islamic Takeover of New York City,” took place near the Manhattan home of Mamdani, the city’s first Muslim mayor.

Balat and Kayumi, who officials described as counterprotesters, were seen on video throwing a pair of explosive devices toward the protesters, Mamdani said, describing the explosives as being made “to injure, maim, or worse.”

Both of the suspects were arraigned in Manhattan today.

The New York Times has more:

Emir Balat and Ibrahim Nikk Kayumi were arraigned in federal court in Manhattan on Monday afternoon. Both men wore a white plastic jumpsuit with a hood as they were escorted into the 23rd floor courtroom by U.S. Marshals. They were both handcuffed, and had their arms and ankles shackled by a chain wrapped around their waist. They spent most of the proceeding looking down at the defense table.

Following the arraignments in federal court on Monday afternoon, Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch again addressed the public, this time accompanied by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District, Jay Clayton. Clayton’s office charged the men with traveling to New York City on Saturday and attempting to detonate two “apparent explosive devices” near Gracie Mansion.

Both need to be locked up for a very long time…
