A video has gone viral showing a utility lineman dangling from the bucket of his truck while it was on fire.
In the horrifying video, the man is seen hanging from his harness as his bucket is completely engulfed in flames above him.
The New York Post covered the terrifying moment:
Dramatic footage shows a Louisiana utility worker dangling precariously on his harness from a fiery bucket truck before he plummeted to the ground.
The unidentified man was flailing high above the road, hanging from the flamed-engulfed cherry picker as growing flames from the truck spit out thick, black smoke below on Tuesday, the video shows.
His coworkers on the Baton Rouge street can be seen frantically scrambling to try and help him to safety.

WAFB provided an update on the man’s injuries:
One person was rushed to the hospital after reportedly falling from a bucket truck that caught fire on Tuesday, March 3.
Emergency officials said the person who fell from the truck was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The incident happened on Evangeline Street near North Foster Drive.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department revealed that a mechanical failure caused the bucket to catch fire.
