Here are the details:

BREAKING:

Russian mogul Umar Dzhabrailov, who once called Ghislaine Maxwell his “soulmate” and appeared in the latest Epstein docs, was found dead in his luxury Moscow apartment.

Gunshot to the head, Luger pistol nearby, cops calling it suicide.

No note.

Just weeks after his name hit the files.

Seems Epstein’s network has a deadly pattern.

Dzhabrailov allegedly killed himself weeks after documents linking him to Epstein were released.

In an email included in the files, he tried to arrange a meeting with Ghislaine Maxwell.

The New York Post reported:

Umar Dzhabrailov, a Chechen businessman and former senator, was discovered lying in a pool of blood with a gunshot wound to his head at about 3 a.m., Russian outlet Kommersant reported, citing police sources who called it a suspected suicide.

Police discovered a Luger pistol lying by the 67-year-old’s body. But Dzhabrailov — who had tried to take his life in 2020 — didn’t leave a suicide note, the sources said.

The businessman’s apparent suicide comes after he was among the Russian names that appeared in the Justice Department’s latest Epstein document dump.

Emails show him trying to meet the pedophile’s madam in Moscow in 2001.

“Dear Ghislaine, I’m back from London, planing 2 B in Moscow. Really want 2 C U, but I need 2 know exactly when U arive, cause I want 2 take care of U and arrange welcoming things. Wishing U all the best! Umar,” read the email, dated May 24.

Maxwell responded the following day, writing: “Umar, sorry that we did not come last week. Got side tracked and ended up in France. However we Jeffrey Tom and I are coming next week arriving Fri. Will you be around and can we get together? Let me know. Hope you are well. Ghislaine.”

The extent of their relationship, or how they initially met, wasn’t immediately clear.

After Ghislaine Maxwell was jailed in 2021, Dzhabrailov said it was a shame.

At that time, he referred to Maxwell as “a soulmate of mine” and “the most charming woman.”

Per The Sun:

The controversial businessman had been mentioned in the Epstein files and spoke publicly about his connection to Ghislaine Maxwell.

“I knew Epstein. I was introduced to him by Ghislaine Maxwell, a soulmate of mine,” he said.

“But I never could have imagined that they were partners, that she was involved in finding those girls who are now all over the media.

“I regret that Ghislaine, the most charming woman, got a life sentence.”

It is not immediately known how he met Maxwell.

Dzhabrailov’s daughter claims that he did not kill himself, but rather, she believes he was “silenced” for his connection with Epstein.

After her father’s death, she posted this video:

In addition to being linked to Epstein, Dzhabrailov had connections to Diddy.

However, while speaking out on the accusations against Diddy, he maintained his innocence.

Newsweek has more:

Dzhabrailov, who ran for the Russian presidency in 2000, said of the correspondence, “We were social friends and vacationed together in various parts of Europe,” Russian Telegram channel Baza, known for its links to Russian law enforcement, reported on February 2 in quotes carried by Russian news outlet NEWS.Ru. “That’s all. A friendly message from an acquaintance I was friends with back then.”

Dzhabrailov, who was arrested in 2017 after firing a decorative pistol at Moscow’s Four Seasons Hotel, also spoke out after being questioned about his friendship with Sean “Diddy” Combs in November 2024. He said in a Telegram post that he became friends with Combs, along with Beyonce and Jay Z, at the Cannes Festival.

“As it happened, my yacht was docked next to theirs. We became friends and later began attending various events together,” he said, according to an AI translation of his post.

“There were no ‘oil parties’ or any other shady stuff,” he said, referencing the allegations against Combs.

What do you think?

Do you believe Dzhabrailov killed himself?
