The Supreme Court handed Republicans (and quite frankly Americans) a huge win today in a major ruling on Mail-In Ballots:
But the most anticipated ruling of the day -- on Trump's Tariffs -- did not come as expected.
As we previously reported, the ruling was initially expected last week, and rumored to be against Trump, but that ruling never came.
It was then expected to come today:
But the ruling did not come today.

BREAKING: The US Supreme Court decides to NOT issue a highly anticipated ruling on the legality of President Trump's tariffs today.
This marks the second-straight time the ruling was not released as expected.

While the ruling could still come out at any moment, and could come as early as next week, some are now speculating that it could be delayed as long as June:

While that's not a guarantee or even the most likely outcome in my opinion, it's also not completely implausible.
The relevance of June is that's when the current Supreme Court calendar year ends, it runs from October to June, and then I guess they all head off to the Hamptons for the Summer.
But what is clear at this moment is the Court is struggling with this decision -- or at the very least not willing to release it right now.
Why?
Are they being influenced by outside forces?
Are they feeling the squeeze between the Deep State and the Trump Administration?
Or perhaps are they wanting to simply buy more time to see how the tariffs play out?
We will of course continue to monitor the story and bring you an update as soon as we have one.
How would you judge it?
